[redacted] signed a month lease agreement with [redacted] at [redacted] , unit *-***, on September 11, ***’s former boyfriend remained in the unit after she left in February He had additional residents screened after [redacted] moved out and they were approvedWe have made numerous attempts to have the residents come in and sign the roommate addendum and release ***; however, [redacted] has not responded to the requestsAs a result, we are unable to remove [redacted] from the lease until a new lease has been executed by the current tenants and a roommate release signed by all tenantsAs of this date, we have sent a notice asking that [redacted] and the other residents sign the new lease and release ***As soon as this occurs, we are happy to release [redacted] from the lease

Unfortunately the pet insurance only covers above and beyond what your initial deposit covers Due to the pet damage the carpet had to be replaced The other charges that make up your total include your last water, sewer, and garbage, touch up painting, a regular cleaning of the unit, and one door was replaced These charges are legitimate and will not be waived Please refer to your lease and move out statement as these repairs are beyond wear and tear

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: the leasing office is located 100 feet away from the apartment. The current tenants are currently in violation and I'm unable to complete anything until the current tenants sign the paperwork and I am not in state. Force the tenants to comply and sign. I have made multiple attempts to ask [redacted] to sign and he says he will but never does. This is the last attempt I will make before I seek legal action. Our application process states that you can cancel within 7 days before the move in date stated.  You cancelled the move in on 01/08/18 and was supposed to move in on 01/03/18, therefore you are not eligible to receive the holding deposit back.
