Review: I was reported a wrong credit score information and hence a inferior loan rate for my auto financing. My credit score was reported to be 680 while the official credit bureau reports a score of 732. This resulted in a loan contract at unfavourable terms.Desired Settlement: A correction of the credit financing terms delivering a transparent loan transaction.

Review: The [redacted] agreed to pay us back $300 since we purchased the vehicle it was kept buy them conducting repairs. Unethical practice to arrange a vehicle pick up time and date and arrive to find no repairs done. The dealership would avoid my phone calls and messages regarding my matter and would constantly tell me to come pick up my finished vehicle and then when we got there they would tell me it's not done. No professionalism.Desired Settlement: $300 check as promised!

Sorry for any misunderstanding that may have transpired between you and our management and sales team. I know we did perform a substantial amount of work to this vehicle prior to your family member purchasing it however, if the additional promise was made to reimburse you $300.00 then I most certainly will have a check issued today. Unfortunately, I do need to send it to the purchaser on record of the vehicle whom I show as residing at the same address noted on the complaint.

Review: I purchase a pre-owned vehicle from Tarrytown Honda on February *, 2016 and I paid them for registration of the car with the DMV. I lives in Texas but purchased the car in NY and the dealer assure me that they will take care of the registration with no problem. After 2 weeks I received a call from the finance director (Roberto) that I need to do state inspection on the car in Texas. Although I was still in NY at the time closing a business deal, I drove the car to Texas to get the state inspection done in order to facilitate the prompt registration of the car. I overnight the original copy of the state inspection report to the Roberto same day and he confirmed the receipt of the package. As the 30days temporary tag on the car is close to expiration period, I wrote emails on different occasion to the Roberto on the update on registration which he replied once. A day before the expiration date which is March [redacted] I traveled from Texas back to NY to get updates on the registration but I was told that the package has been sent to my address since the [redacted] of February and I should have received it. I found it hard to believe this because Roberto did not have an answer for me all this while only to come up with the package being delivered to my address. They promise to follow up with [redacted] which is the carrier to know the status of the package and days later they have not get back to me. I have called their office many times, I called the sales manager, Victor L[redacted], Roberto O[redacted] and the DMV clerk Holly, all of them avoiding my calls and emails. My temp tag has expired and I run the risk of being pull over by the cops with the possibility of getting the car impounded. This dealership is a fraud and never been honest from the beginning of the transaction. The sales agreement has been breach because they can't hold their part of the deals. I want this fixed ASAP or get out of the purchase with full refund

Review: while looking at my bill from the dealership I noticed that the price of the vehicle came out to be approximately 28,000, but looking on the window sticker price would be approximately 22,000. No place on the bill does it explain where the difference is.Desired Settlement: They pay for the vehicle because of the slide hand with their sales.

Review: I bought a New Honda Civic SI from Tarrytown Honda when I purchased this Car I handed over my Leased Honda Civic LX that I also Leased from Tarrytown Honda 2 years before I was told by my salmon that the Lease which I had to pay the full amount since I was turning in with the Miles way under the lease requirements that Tarrytown was purchasing my LX with the agreement of buying a new car from them which I did agree to and did Purchase, One Month later I received a call from Hahn financing asking me where the car is. They are the leasing company through Tarrytown Honda I told them I have a new car which I Bought and Financed though Honda and that Tarrytown now owns my old car. They again called me now 2 months Later and told me I was responsible for repairs to the old Civic LX in the amount of approximately 1500.00 I told them nothing was wrong with the car when I traded it to Tarrytown 2 months earlier and they bought the car from me. They insisted that I was responsible for a car that was out of my insurance and name for more than 2 months I told them I would check with [redacted] which I did and they filed a case and found the car out of my possession for to long by Law. They have sent this to a collection agency and have continued to seek payment for what is the responsibility of Tarrytown Honda whose Manager is a Liar and a crook and should be put in Prison for swindling decent consumers I have Bought, Leased, traded cars for every 2 to 3 years of my Life at 54 years of age and have never been this dishonestly dealt with. I hope you can somehow help me in this matter it seems very unfair that Tarrytown Honda can get away with these types of Dealing with Consumers and not be held accountable for their actions. PS even when I called Louis (the sales rep who was decent) and explained this he said sorry thats how the People here work!Desired Settlement: I would like this charge removed from Hahn Financial the Collection agency, and my credit report cleared of this false charge, an apology would seem appropriate but that would be to much from such dishonest Business People at Tarrytown

You sold me a car and told me the trade in was no problems that you were buying the trade in car Black LX Civic this was to do the deal for the new car or I never would have done the deal or took my insurance off the traded car
