Tell us we at Tasca contacted Mr [redacted] and offered to replace headliner and all damaged parts due to water leak, Mr [redacted] was very happy with outcome, customer all set at this time

Hello I am writing to you to update you on the situation with Mr***We sent his vehicle to a second party transmission shop and they were awaiting an approval form the extended warranty coto do the repairs to his truckThe process took a long time to get a response which it turned out in the end the warranty claim was denied so we went ahead and payed the $repair ourselves with no cost to Mr ***The process took to long and we appreciate Mr [redacted] frustration and patienceHe picked up his vehicle last week with a rebuilt transmission and so far everything seems to be fine

Mr [redacted] purchased his [redacted] Focus on January 25, During his ownership experience, he comes into Tasca for warranty repairs only Based off of history, when Mr [redacted] brings his vehicle into our dealership he finds damage that he claims was not there before This happened back in October of 2015, as well as January Back in October of 2015, even with no reason to believe the damage was done at our dealership, we paid for the body damage repair as a good will gesture We are at a similar situation with this present complaint brought forth by Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] ’s vehicle was here for a warranty repair and when he came to pick it up in the pouring rain, he was able to immediately identify a dent in the bumper which he states was not there before At that point, Service Director, [redacted] , got involved and had our Body Shop prepare an estimate to repair the bumper The estimate came to approximately $(Eight Hundred Dollars) Tasca Automotive group is willing to work with Mr [redacted] to get this repaired We will not assume all responsibility as once again, we have no reason to believe this happened while the vehicle was being serviced I do want to make it clear we are still willing to work with Mr [redacted] to get this resolved at a price that would be fair and reasonable for both sides Thank you,

We replaced the fly wheel we originally installed Noise seems to be gone Service Manger, *** [redacted] , spoke to customer directly Issues seem to be resolved at this point

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] By Tasca's latest response, I see that their mistreatment of the cars that come there for service is only surpassed by their mistreatment of the customers who own them I would like to add that the last time that Tasca damaged my car was while it was being serviced for another Revdex.com complaint dealing with leaks from my moonroof I had to bring my car back twice for damage, as a result First they scratched up my interior and denied it, after having to remove my ceiling in one piece And upon picking it up, there were scratches on both sides of my car I have zero respect and confidence in Tasca and *** I will reach out to other agencies to help me with this matter Regards, [redacted]

I have read the rebuttal from Tasca If they are looking to settle the issue and fix the damage at no cost to me, I am willing to consder the case closed They can contact me for an appointment, if this works I have read the rebuttal from Tasca If they wish to resolve the issue, they can contact me about an appointment As for a fair cost, I am not willing to pay anything for damage that was done by another The front end was just done before Christmas There's no way that I would not have noticed it.I am however willing to drop my complaints about the other issues, if Tasca fixes my car at no cost to me I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below I have received full payment for the amount of the warranty I purchased Nevertheless, the warranty I received was fraudulently represented and, had I known then what I know now as to the condition of the car, I never would have purchased it in the first place I have been advised that Tasca had numerous problems with the warranty program they were offering and the deficiency in its use would most likely have affected the purchases of numerous other buyers The return of warranty monies is an insufficient resolution when the reason for getting the warranty is peace of mind Without an affordable and suitable replacement so much further down the line, the potential costs for repairs make the purchase of used cars from Tasca unfeasible and unaffordable I continue to be disappointed by this matter Regards, [redacted]
