Hi ***, We're sorry to see you go and would love to keep you as a customer We've done several services with you, all which were approved by you according to the scope of service provided and ordered You're correct, we don't have a way right now to cancel online, however that is
being built into our product later this year Although we are a national company and very large in where we service, we are still young and always bettering our product offering If a service has been performed and hasn't been accepted or rejected for re service within hours, it will automatically approve so that we can make sure the contracted landscaper can be paid in a timely manner I do see that we have cancelled your service and refunded your deposit in full, which you should see within 3-business days, if you haven't already received it

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***The reason charge for my lawn service was downgraded from premium package ($85) to basic package ($51) was because the contractor did not perform tasks described in the premium package However I find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI request that Taskeasy mails refund of $to my address on Woodland CirclePlease do not refund $to my credit card on Taskeasy's file because the credit card has been cancelledThank you.
Sincerely,
*** **

I am rejecting this response because: BOTH properties were ordered at the same time!! The contractor for *** ** *** had to be called three times just to get him out thereIf Task Easy is willing to submit phone conversations it will be proof of that! My initial order was for ICE&Snow removal! Which they did not write up correctlyWhy would we have just the snow removed when we had ice present also?? The contractor did not complete the job and Task Easy DID NOT offer ice removal for an extra $300.oo!! That is a complete fabrication!! As far as their contractors clearing the properties--THEY DID NOT--and the "salt" that was put down at Front Stwas our ice melter! If the pictures are studied closely you will see that there is no way "salt" was usedAs for the EMain location there was NO ice melter put down and the contractor DID NOT complete the job within the hours at either locationTask Easy is telling stories to cover their butts!! If they were a reputable company this would have been settled amicably and in a professional mannerI offered to pay the contractors for the work they did but neither of them finished the job, or applied ice melter and that is why I shouldn't have been charged for the "rush" job or the fee for applying the ice melter!
Sincerely,
*** ***

According to the customer's complaint, she was charged for services rendered on 4/1/and 4/21/Upon reviewing the customer's account, it became apparent that there was a miscommunication/training issue with the contractor TaskEasy had assigned to mow the customer's lawnOur contractors are
required to mark the jobs they do for TaskEasy complete through our TaskEasy appWe they do so, an email is sent to the customer to advise that a job has been completed and includes photos for the customer's reviewThe customer then has hours to approve or reject payment to the contractorThis contractor never marked those jobs complete on 4/and 4/21/16, so the customer was never charged. When the contractor did mark a job completed on 5/12/2016, the customer rejected the work saying that services were not renderedAs such, the customer was not charged for that service. We have reached out to the customer and apologized for the confusion and training issue with our contractorWe have also reassigned her lawn mowing task to another contractor in her areaThat contractor mowed the customer's lawn on 5/14/2016, and the customer has accepted the work performedTaskEasy has paid the contractor for the 5/14/service and the customer has not been charged as resolution to her complaintThe customer agreed to this resolution as satisfactory on 5/13/over the phone with a TaskEasy repTo date, the customer has only been charged the required deposit equal to one lawn mowing job of $when she ordered services on 3/29/This deposit is held on file for continued service and is refunded upon cancellationThe customer is a current active customer that will continue to receive recurring biweekly lawn mowing services

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Wanted to know when they are going to refund my paymentThey contacted me last Tuesday -Wednesday ,not received refund back yet
Sincerely,
*** ***

The contractor was contacted several times through various outlets and channels to discuss remediation options After a new phone was secured and a repainting of expectations, scope of service and/or required photos before and after service were still incomplete or not provided The best
conclusion for both parties was to end the professional relationship

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: They contracted to do the work for a certain amount and failed to do so. I had to contact them in order to find out why my lawn had not been mowed as planned. Their response was that it would be mowed for the original quoted amount the next day and that their assigned contractor had backed out because of the discrepancy in lawn size estimate. Again, the lawn was not mowed. Again, I contacted them. It was at this point that they indicated that I would have to pay an additional amount if I wanted my lawn mowed. This was days after their original failure to complete the job as they had promised. I did receive a refund, but only after they charged my TWICE for not even mowing my lawn once. This company has no concept of customer service. I wasted hours of my life trying to straighten out their error and never had my lawn mowed. Unacceptable
Sincerely,

Dear *** ***,I apologize for the lapse of service TaskEasy is responsible forI have ensured that you were not charged for the lawn mowing that was performed on 4/12, even though you had indicated that you no longer live there and had asked us to cancelI also have returned your initial
deposit of $we had charged your card on September 14, (the deposit was charged on 9/14/and your first lawn mowing was charged on 9/16/16)You should have already received the refund of the depositYour service has been canceled. In reviewing your account, I see that when you skipped the task on March 14, we were able to complete that request because is is automated based off of your selectionWe can now clearly see that you left notes to cancel the service because you have movedI regret that the note was never reviewed manually by somebody at TaskEasyThe place where you left the note is intended to be instructions for the contractor who is performing the lawn mowingWe automatically passed the note along to the contractor, but I clearly see that the note you left wasn’t intended for the contractor, but intended for TaskEasyI recognize that this isn’t necessarily made clear onlineIt wasn’t our intention to not read the note you left us but acknowledge that this is what happenedWe will be making steps to improve our customer experience to ensure that notes left when suspending and skipping tasks will always be reviewed by TaskEasy.I also regret the response you received as to why it seemed so difficult to cancel was because of our terms and conditionsIt is our intention to take immediate steps to help a customer cancel service whenever and however we are notifiedI apologize for how difficult we made this, even after you had contacted usSincerely,Aaron C***TaskEasy

Hello, The contractor did speak to a supervisor here in regards to payments and has come to an agreement with TaskEasy which he also agreed to close the Revdex.com complaint on. Please let us know if there is anything else needed from our end. Thank you,

We completely agree with the customer that they received unsatisfactory serviceUnfortunately, the contractor assigned who had previously done great work for TaskEasy, did not honor his commitmentAs a result, we are no longer working with this particular contractorTaskEasy is working on
increasing our contractor coverage in this area and are more than happy to waive the charge of $if the customer would like to have us try to fulfill the order againIn areas where we haven't seen a heavy amount of consumer traffic, it can be difficult on occasion to fulfill orders as quickly as we would likeIt's our hope that the customer may be willing to give TaskEasy another try, sometime in the future

Dear *** **, We apologize for the experience you had with TaskEasy and the amount of time it has taken you to get a resolutionWe hope this response puts your concerns to restAs you pointed out, we did charge a deposit of $on 10/05/and refunded you that deposit in two refunds to your
payment cardWe refunded $on 10/07/and refunded $on 10/22/We have also refunded $to your payment card ending in on 6/5/You will see the refund on your account in the next business daysThe first lawn mowing you ordered was for our premium package, which was priced at $(not $for the basic package)As you stated, the contractor also asked to charge an additional $35.62, which you agreed to, so we charged you a total of $On 10/you called with complaints about the quality of work on your premium job which was completed that dayI show we then changed your package from a premium package to a basic package (with a new price set to $51) and scheduled it to be completed for 10/We then charged you $on 10/12/for the 2nd lawn mowingWe see that you continued to have complaints about the quality of work and I don’t see that we made a full effort to either get the job corrected to your satisfaction, which is always our goal at TaskEasy, or refund youIn reviewing your experience with TaskEasy, we agree that because we were unable to meet your expectations of the original premium lawn service you ordered, we should refund $to youAgain, we apologize we weren’t able to resolve this last fall and hope we have been able to nowSincerely, TaskEasy

I am rejecting this response because: All of what they claim they did, was actually done by my friendInteresting how they do not say the date when it was "inspected free of charge". The sprinkler that is cracked was probably broken by their service peopleThe brand new sprinkler system was installed late June So much about due to age of the sprinklerYou will hear from me again if the system shows any damages when we turn it on in the spring.

To whom it may concern,Mr*** ordered Snow Clearing on March 12, 2017, and an email was sent out advising him we would be billing him for a deposit (which is refunded once the task has been cancelled) to secure a place on the route of the snow removal contractorOn March 13, the deposit of
$was collected because a contractor was assigned to complete the customer's task. While working on another property the contractor had equipment failure and was unable to proceed with the remaining customers left on their route. A TaskEasy rep spoke to Mr*** on March and advised him that we will do our best to try and find another contractor to get out there and clear the snowTaskEasy made attempts to schedule other contractors to clear Mr***'s snow, however, due to the size of the storm, all contractors were behind on schedule and could not take on the task. After several attempts the customer was contacted and advised that TaskEasy could not meet our commitment and that the task would be cancelled and the deposit of $will be refunded onto his card ending in (0440)The refund can be expected to post within 3-business days from March 16.We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused Mr***Here at TaskEasy, our number one goal is to maintain a friendly and positive relationship with all of our customersWe pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and good quality workHowever, with a storm this size, we unfortunately were not able to meet expectationsWe will work thoroughly on issues like these to ensure fewer occurrences happen like this in the future. Thank you, TaskEasy

Dear [redacted]:We recognize TaskEasy could have done better in helping you and we apologize. We show your payment card we had on file was charged twice on May 8th (and thus charged more than you agreed) when we processed your lawn mowing and recognize that this caused your account to be...

overdrawn.$41.54 - the original lawn mowing price $140.98 - the updated one time lawn mowing price to account for the overgrowth from the scheduling delay due to rain - this should have included the original $41.54 + the overgrowth. We have credited the $41.54 that we shouldn’t have charged, meaning we will return those funds to your bank account. The charge of $140.98 was the amount you agreed upon when we discussed the overgrowth fees with you on 4/28 (plus local sales tax). Given we made an error which caused your account to be overdrawn, we would like to give you a $50.98 discount on the overgrowth fees and charge you what you feel is more appropriate ($90). We will also return the $50.98 to your bank account. We hope this helps with your bank’s overdraft fees. Please allow for 3-5 business days for your credits of $41.54 and $50.98 to return to your account. The $41.54 that was charged on 4/25 is your deposit with TaskEasy. The deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the season or if for any reason service is discontinued.Sincerely,TaskEasy Tell us why here...

Hi [redacted], I want to apologize that our service and quality failed you.  I see we did provide a full refund on September 14th.  I am personally making sure that we are looking into this issue and making sure this doesn't happen again to anyone.  The contractor was also...

notified and educated on the importance of professionalism and standing by their craft, which wasn't honored.  Again, we apologize and hope we can win your business again in the future.

I had taken two full days off waiting around for them to show up or call to let me know they would not be there that day (days).  I lost wages way more than the 43 dollars they waived.  I had to make all communication calls to find out what is going on for there was no follow up to see if the job was done or the service was acceptable.  I was promised PROMISED that they would be there the second day and still no call or warning they would not show up so I could get on with my priorities.  I still had to make the initial call that day and the next day (3) to find out what is going on.  I feel there will not be any further compensation nor am I asking for any, I just feel they should not be represented by the Revdex.com and give them your stamp of approval.  There was problems all through out the event and the service by phone with no follow up was agregious.  I literally had to do their work for them, and still nothing.   All in all I made approximately seven phone calls.  Thank you for your work and response, but if this is still brushed over then I feel you are not doing your job.  I will not expect any response for I feel you have answered my complaints and I thank you again but don't let this happen to the next customer, it will not be fair.        [redacted]
