The flooding of the computer was not caused my an improper battery change.  This cannot cause stainless steel to pit.  I have researched the affects that pitting can have on the metal itself and this is where the problem is and it is a defect in the product.  I explicitly stated that I do not want a refund, but that I want a product without defects.

As previously advised we shipped this order to the address the customer provided for THIS order at time they placed THIS order. In retail business we are supposed to ship the address the customer provides for the order not to address used on their previous orders. (did this customer expect us to use an address they used in Nov. 2015 on an order they placed in Apr. 2016??).

We shipped this order to the address customer entered at time of order, order confirmation email and ship confirmation email show 6707 as the address.   We did nothing wrong here, we delivered it to the address they asked us to deliver it to.     Tell us why here...

The order for the 3 finger gloves were placed on 5/**/17 and delivered to customer on 6/*/17. on 8/*/17 the customer submitted a return request online requesting exchange for a 5 finger glove. The gloves were returned via [redacted] tracking# [redacted] and delivered to us on 8/**/17. It took...

a few days for the returns dept. to get this processed since the gloves didn't look brand new, the return was processed yesterday 8/** and the replacement order for the 5 finger gloves are being shipped out today at the same price of $56.95 each via UPS Ground. the customer will be emailed tracking information as soon as it becomes avail.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The aforementioned statement from the business is fraudulent.  The email that I received has my correct address and the company has my correct address on file as this in not my first purchase from them.  I have also attached the order confirmation showing the correct address that I entered and the fact that the company has edited the information to make me look at fault is unbelievable.  What I still do not understand is why the company Leisure Pro Ltd. who sells spearfishing gear will not simply make the problem right by re-sending my products to my correct address in-order to keep the client happy.  If they would simply do that I would continue to do business with them.  In-fact I just went on a 3 day dive in Costa Rica and need to buy even more gear.  I want a complete new set of 1.5mm suit, another knife, a torch, fins and mask and snorkel, could be another $500-$600 order but because of this issue they are missing this business.So to the business, why don't you guys take responsibility for your error which I am going to prove below and simply send me the goods I purchased?  Doing so will show you take care of your customers and want their business.  If you fail to do so I hope many many people read this post and see that you had the chance to rectify the problem and you decided not to due to internal reasons unknown to me and cnadily quite shocking.  This failure to do right by your client should be a warning to others not to do business with you as you are a non trustworthy organizations who does not even want to work with your clients to keep future business.The order details email that I received showed my correct shipping address which is the same address that my previous order was shipped to.  It was not until the actual order was shipped where I then received a shipping confirmation email that showed the incorrect address the was inputted by Leisure Pro Ltd. Inaccurately.  At this point I not only called customer service to notify them of the incorrect address, I also emailed alike. On or around may [redacted], 2016 I called and notified customer service of the shipping error.  They told me over the phone that they had my correct address and would look into why it was delivered to the incorrect address.  I then sent an email on May **, 2016 because I received no call back or email from my initial call made stating they made the mistake.  Here is where all hell broke loose and the company started lying and the information I provided to them was never correct because they transferred me around to now 4 different people.May **, 2016 I received and email from Shai[redacted]

We contacted the manufacturer to find out when we will be getting this item to be able to ship this order, they confirmed that this item is currently on the way to us and will be delivered within the next few days, we expect to be able to ship this order by mid next week.
