We the tax group center have received *** *** complaintPlease accept this as our formal responseMr*** first contacted us back in February to prepare or amend his 2014, and Federal and State tax returns, as well as assist with his tax liability for 2014-2015,with the
Internal Revenue Service (IRS)We then completed, prepared, and sent all documents needed, including all questionnaire worksheets, tax organizers, and financial statements. Client needs to return certain documents needed to move forward with case and to prepare and e-file his 2014, and tax returnsMr*** had a total Federal tax liability of $29,410.60, for We began to review his documents to prepared his 433A, we had a few questionsOur attorney, then call Mr*** and went over his questionnaire worksheetsHe then stated that he owned propertiesOur attorney then requested additional documents need to move forward with an Offer In Compromise, as well as went over in detail all resolutions options, including Installment Agreement, Non-Collectable (CNC), and Penalty AbatementMr*** didn’t want to provide the supporting documents, so he agreed to move forward with an Installment AgreementWe then prepared and completed all necessary documents need to move forward with an Installment Agreement, and sent it to himMr*** still hasn’t return documents, and we don’t know if he mailed it inInstead we received a cancelation letter to cancel caseMr*** case has now been cancel, and a invoice with all services render will be mailed out to himWe look forward to solving this matter in a timely mannerThank you

A payment was withdrawn from my account despite my prior requests to not have the payment withdrawn. I opened a fraud case with my bank, [redacted], and was able to get the $100 that was withdrawn back in my account. I have also placed this account in denied status with [redacted] should any further withdrawals be attempted.

We have reviewed [redacted] case and his concerns; to note: [redacted] originally contracted our company to assist him with his [redacted] tax liabilities only.  It was not until quite some time afterwards, did...

 [redacted] request assistance with his state tax matters.
 
Since the original contract was already executed for different services, it is our company policy that current client execute an extended service or additional service agreement to incorporate new services which is what occurred in this present case. Because [redacted] is requesting to cancel his case, Tax Group Center will be issuing him an invoice that will detail all the work that was performed on his behalf with corresponding dates, times for completion and corresponding billing amounts in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Section of his Service Agreements(s). Any refund due to [redacted] will be stated in the Invoice of work completed.

We the Tax Group Center have received Mr. [redacted]'s complaint; please accept this as our formal response. Mr. [redacted] was billed according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy Section 5 Cleary notated in the Service Agreement he signed. He...

was not charged the Initial Consultation fee of $350.00 and it was discounted on the Invoice he received. We did make initial contact with the IRS and NY State taxing authorities as well has filed the Power of Attorney's with them, there was an issue with the NY Power of attorney which we were currently working on resolving that matter with Mr. [redacted] directly with preparing and sending Mr. [redacted] a new NY Power of Attorney form along with the NY Financial Statement form that his Enrolled Agent prepared, then he requested to cancel his case. We have made every effort to try and resolve any issues Mr. [redacted] has and try to work toward a resolution and will be more than happy to continue working on his case, if he will just send back the updated NY Power of Attorney form. Otherwise, his case will remain closed. We look forward to resolving this in a timely manner.- Thank you, Tax Group Center.

the tax group center has done nothing in 6 months.all they have done is collect 1600.00 from me.I have the invoice and was charged for the initial consultation fee.the people at the tax group lie,cheat steal.they did not have any contact with the i.r.s or new york state that meant anything for they had not recivied power of attorney whitch is the first step in a tax resolution case.so I payed 1600.00, could not even get the power of attorney done right.these people also lost all paper work that I completed, and charged me to go over information on the phone that I had sent overnight mail.they are not currently working with me on resolving the matter with preparing and sending power of attorney to new york state as they state in there response , another lie.with all the time and money I spent with these people I would never let them work for me.with all the lies and lost paperwork and time and money I have invested, I want all 1600.00 back.I will never let this matter rest until I have recivied a full refund.there are many other things I could state but I want to keep it to my self as I will talk to an attorney about this scam of a company.

We the tax group center have received [redacted] complaint. Please accept this as our formal response. Mr. [redacted] contacted us back in July 2016, to prepare his missing 2009-2015 personal federal and state tax returns, and assonated with his delinquent tax matters. Client then...

requested us to file his 2016 federal and state tax returns, and add assist with his 2016 tax liability. We prepared and filed his 2009-2015 tax returns, as well as 2016. We got him on an Installment Agreement with the IRS. TGC has rendered all services per the services agreements. According to the services agreement, we ask that all clients return documents by a deadline, or subject to late charges, and case can be cancel. Client then requested to cancel, we sent him an invoice him per the services agreements for services rendered and a mutual release for the refund that is due back to him. He didn't agree with the refund amount and refuse to return the Mutual Release, so we can release his refund. We look forward to settling this matter with him and ask that he please return the Mutual Release so we can process his refund.

My experience with the Tax Group was wonderful. They were very successful in handling all of my tax problems. If you're having tax problems, the tax groups are the ones to call.

statements. We completed a full financial evaluation of case, which [redacted] qualified for an Offer in Compromise (OIC) with the Franchise Tax Board (FTB). We prepared the OIC, and sent it to them.  Part of the terms is certain supporting documents are needed to be sent back with the OIC packet. To date we have not received the Offer Packet or the requested supporting documents and are not able to move forward as we never received the OIC packet back or forms for the [redacted]. Tax Group Center will be happy to move forward, and close the case, if [redacted] will send back the OIC packet and forms.  We look forward to speaking with [redacted].

I am very pleased with the help I received from The Tax Group. [redacted] has been more than understanding and has worked with me to get thru all sorts of obstacles and [redacted] got down in the trenches for me and saved me from the state and the IRS. She worked overnight and wouldn't stop until the job was done.
