I disagree with the business response and here are my responses:

· I did not demand money but simply requested. I did not threatened him at all. When I called him the first time he said that he will talk to his driver and he felt that the fare was definitely very high and he will get back to me in couple of days. I called him again after 4 days and he did not return my call. After that I left him a message that I like to talk to him to resolve the issue. If I did not hear from him, I will have no choice but to file a complaint with Revdex.com.

· He did not say anything about the van cab when I called. He is NOT telling the truth. Separately, I did not take the van cab. I took the Tri Cities cab.

· We did not stop at the convenient store on our way home and I did not ask the driver to stop by the convenient store. Again, he is NOT telling the truth.

· Finally, he did not offer me credit for the next ride. That is also NOT true. I am not interested in the credit because I will NOT use his cab again.

· Here is why he is over changing his customer:

Ø The driving distance from the Pasco airport to my house per Google map is less than 10 miles. His far was $37.95. Same route by Tri Cities Taxi to airport from my house was less than $28.0. His receipt is also showing that the distance was 10.99 miles. How you get $37.95 fare for less than 11 mile ride? The receipt is attached. I want to apologize for the poor quality. This is because the driver gave me such a poor quality receipt.

Ø As I said in my complaint, the same thing happened on 11/15/13 when I took Taxi1 and the far was almost $40.

Ø I have been taking taxi to Pasco Airport from my home for the past 4 years. I travel around 8 to 10 times a year. My Taxi fare from my home to airport or from the airport to my home is around $27-29 dollars for all these times, except when I took Taxi 1 twice. Both times with Taxi1, my fare was around $38-40.

Desired Resolution:

Since this happened two times and each time the fare was around $10 higher, I would like to get at least $20 back from them.

Also, I would like to get any inconvenience compensation that I am entitled to receive.

Assurance that they will fix their meters so that they do not charge others higher fare
