I am rejecting this response because: I am having a complete inspection done of the house and concrete in the following month. I will see what the concrete authority says about the concrete and if it is a builder's defect or not.

I have accepted a resolution with Senior Management at Taylor Morrison.

Drainage claim has been rejected due to homeowner manipulating his grade along the north side of his property. Engineer is scheduled to observe the stairs. Paint manufacturer is looking at the paint to verify if it had froze.  In process

Taylor Morrison is willing to set up a GE certified installer to come out and verify the install and adjust if necessary.

I am rejecting this response because: 1.  We do not water excessively.  Regardless of how often we water, the back of our property line remains under water.  This has been acknowledged to be an issue by other Taylor Morrison representatives.  I completely agree that there is too much water in our yard but it is not coming from our sprinklers.   2.  We are required to have material (mulch or rock) as edging so removing it would put us at odds with HOA requirements.  [redacted], please respond directly to the fact that the surveryor report indicates that the corner in question is 4/10 of a foot to low.  The fences from all four directions flow to that corner as acknowledged by [redacted] and [redacted].   3.  Perforated edging, as noted, was installed in that corner before the last visit.  The grass and mulch remain under water. Despite being assured that something would be done to address the grading issue, Taylor Morrison has yet to do anything.  This issue is damaging the landscape that we were required to install and pay for.  Until such time that Taylor Morrison to address the grading issue (which until this response they have acknowledged), this will remain an open issue.  We do not wish to continue working with [redacted] as her response is always that someone else will need to be engaged.  We would like to work with the person that needs to be engaged to avoid ongoing delays.  [redacted] herself recommended that we begin working with [redacted] since she has reported the issues and is unable to do anything more.

We have spoken with the VP of Construction, and he is coming to our house to discuss our complaint on Thursday, December 3, 2015. At this time, our complaint is not resolved. We would like to keep the complaint open until after our meeting with the VP of Construction on December 3, 2015.

Taylor Morrison is meeting with the Dills Thursday, December 3rd at 3pm to review their concerns.

Taylor Morrison met with us on December 3, 2015. Taylor Morrison agreed to send an engineer to our house by January 2016 to investigate the post movement in our crawl space. If the engineer finds a problem with the post, Taylor Morrison may be willing to pay for the repairs. At this time, we are satisfied with the progress being made in our discussions with Taylor Morrison. However, if Taylor Morrison does not continue to work with us on this matter as agreed, we will ask for the Revdex.com complaint to be re-opened.

Per Taylor Morrison’s discussion with [redacted], there is currently no mold problem in the basement.  Taylor Morrison did offer up the services of a mold remediation specialist, but that offer was declined by the owner.  At this time, Taylor Morrison has modified the watering schedule on...

the adjacent open space and that has made a significant improvement to the situation according to [redacted].  Taylor Morrison is working with a landscape consultant on a possible modification to the drainage pattern in the open space and will communicate the proposed changes to [redacted] once that determination is made.  Please let us know if there is any further information needed at this time.
