The instructor that I was able to find through [redacted] is great. [redacted] itself is not a school as advertised. They are a referral system. I am paying a lot more than I should be for my lessons. If I would have know this I would have not got through them. I was on Jury duty and cleared that with my instructor however [redacted] sent me a threatening email stating that I did not make my instructor aware of this and that they were going to charge me for that. I quickly responded and told them about my jury duty also that I cleared it with my instructor. They did apologize. Not thrilled with the whole experience and spending an extra $20 per lesson.
My instructor was on time and greeted me by name. She had just the right skills to help me with my audition music and was very easy to work with. Looking forward to more lessons
The voice instructor (Kay [redacted]) that my daughter finally ended up with was amazing! However, the initial instructor that I booked with on the site never emailed me, has a non existent studio, and when I finally hunted her down on Google and got ahold of her she said she hadn't worked with [redacted] in months. The staff at Taylor [redacted] do a great job with contacting you to follow up and ensure that everything went well. Overall, it was a little chaotic getting that initial lesson but was worth the trouble.
Meredith was great! In just one hour, I saw a significant improvement in my daughter's voice, tone, and confidence. She is going to have a full package now since it went so well.
I really enjoyed my first lesson with Gerardo. He was very polite and patient. He showed me the first 7 major and minor chords. He also showed me a number of ways to play the chords. He wrote everything down for me so, I can practice at home. I am taking lessons to learn how to play keyboard by ear and learn all chords. Gerardo is very detailed and I feel like my first lesson was very productive. I am looking forward to my next lesson with Gerardo.
I am very happy with the classes I have had till now. Both my daughters are extremely comfortable with Mr Chad Ba, the instructor and look forward to their lessons with him.

Caitlyn was hesitant to start with a new vocal coach after Vikki left. This was our second lesson with Nance and she is great.
Sent my ten-yr-old daughter to test chemistry with Michelle, who won her over immediately on her first lesson.
