New to the area and used Revdex.com to find a plumberCalled Taz for a quote on a few needed projects and was impressed with the quick response and info providedPrice was competitive and service was greatWe've had many plumbers do work for us over the years and Taz is one of the most professional companiesClean, efficient, easy to work withWe now have a local plumber and will recommend to others

On initial visit, the tech didn't inspect my leaky shower, just said he didn't have parts appointments saying the part was on order with no call Taz plumbing was assigned my my home warranty AHS for a leaky shower They came out days later on a Friday The tech walked in, looked at the shower and without touching it just said I don't have the parts and need to order them They'll be in Monday Monday I call, they said no parts, rescheduled Wed Wed I call to confirm appt and they said parts in Thurs and rescheduled appt for Fri 9- Fri morning a different Taz plumbing tech calls to say they are coming to inspect my shower I told him they already did a week prior, he was puzzled and talked to the tech that was there and said he'd be there today to fix it They missed the appointment againI called and they said the parts weren't in When I asked why they didn't call and missed the appointment they said He should have called The supervisor called later and said the

The plumbers & workers of taz plumbing were professional, major sewer pipe replacement some minor issues during work were resloved [redacted] one of the owners was great to work with and much appreciated

I believe I was scammed into services I ddn't need, and damage was caused to my home When I contracted with TAZ plumbing to fix a leak my kitchen sink, above ground, they made it seem as though the leak was health hazardous and then showed me what they said were images of my deteriorating underground pipes and that this was a category mold issue and needed to be taken care of immediately or my kids would get sickThey said to call my insurance, which I did, and they then ripped out my entire kitchen wall, counter, pipes, bathroom wall, tile, vanity, floor, and foundationThey spent a total of days with HEPAA filters in the kitchen to dry out the "mold" which I later learned did not existThat tear out destroyed my kitchen, which is still unfixed or remodeledThey tore up the concrete foundation with a jackhammer, resulting in cracks in my living room concrete floor and wallsThey left holes and wood in my ceiling and walls and did not clean properly when they were doneBeca

Had a home sewer backed up and called TAZ to provide estimate to clear the line They had a system put on my roof to "clear" the line but it only went feet and never hit a clog I asked for a longer line and they said it would cost another $to dispatch their heavy duty line with a camera on it After they pulled out the system, they claimed that showed me dander from my cypress tree that was allegedly in the line in spite of them never finding a clog? I felt like they just picked up dander from the trees, wet it as it looked exactly like the tree dander and nothing like roots? Then they provided a quote of about $8k to completely redo our sewer line It was insulting to say the least I just wanted my sewer line cleared and it turned into this wheeler dealer used car salesman experience I would not recommend this business to anyone especially the naive They apparently thought I was stupid I'm a professional woman and do not have time for this kind of shady shenanigans In follow up, I called another plumber who came out a couple hours later with a ft line with camera who saw no clog other than some toilet paper that collected in a joint It cost me less than $to get the job done Stay away from TAS plumbing

As a first time customer, I am most impressed! You responded within two hours of our call, and your technician was most pleasant, competent & knowledgeable He informed me of costs and options up front Our main kitchen drain line was cleared in a flash (after hours I wasted with a manual snake), and he left recommendations for further prevention options (r/e our aging plumbing system) including costs and optional warranties without any "strong arm" pressuring Will definitely consider and contact you as our preferred Plumbing specialist in the future! This could be the start of a "long time" positive relationship!)

We moved to Tucson about weeks and noticed a "drip" sound periodically when we used two of our sinks The sound appeared to come from behind the kitchen wall We didn't know any plumbers and searched the Revdex.com listings and found TAZ Plumbing The reviews on the Revdex.com site and YELP are all very positve I called their office this morning and this afternoon [redacted] , plumbing supervisor, came to our home I explained the problem and showed him which faucets caused the sound [redacted] explained based on when the noise occurred, it was not a leak, simply the water pipe moving slightly against the brace due to the temperatue of the water The reason the sound didn't only came from a couple sinks, was due to those braces being tighter than the other braces [redacted] tested for moisture and there wasn't any [redacted] didn't charge anything for the service What a pleasure to do business with a respectable company I'll absolutely call TAZ for any plumbing problems we have in the future, as well as recommed them to our friends GREAT experience!!

Used TAZ Plumbing for installation of two water conditioning units and installation of three faucets (two bathroom faucets and one laundry room faucet) All installations were completed in a very professional manner Workers were clean, professional and polite Work areas were spotless after work was complete

Recently during a major renovation of my home, I discovered I needed to invest in new sewer and water pipes I needed someone excellent who would devote the necessary time, one month, to get the job done After interviewing several companies, I chose TAZ Plumbing because of their professionalism, transparency and skill TAZ took immediate control of the situation and had full crews at my home every day to complete the job so my renovation could continue *** met with me every week and shared exactly what was to be done in the coming days We discussed pipe options available to me, pros and cons of each so I could make an informed decision I recommend TAZ to anyone needs honest, knowledgeable plumbing help

Didn't fix the problem I asked to be fixed, ended up changing out a bunch of drain pipes at inflated cost
I originally had Taz plumbing out here because they were what the 2-home buyers warranty used as a contractorThe house reeked of sewer gases, and I had phorid flies breeding in my pipes
They gave me an estimate of $4k in repairs, to fix the fly breeding problem and the sewer smell issues They replaced about ft of drain pipe from my house to the septic tank
After all repairs were said and done, the house still had a sewer gas leak, and still had flies They came back out, put some pine sol in the sewer vent, and then said well we can't smell the pine sol so it's not a plumbing issue
If it wasn't a plumbing issue, then why did you say it was in the beginning? Basically they said it wasn't their problem any more, they already got paid Later after figuring it out on my own, the wax seals on both my toilets were not making contact with the toilet, so sewer

On Sunday 1/8/I called plumbers in town, and the only company to respond promptly and without a service charge was Taz PumbingThe main water line from the meter to the house was leaking, and I couldn't shut it off at the streetJose showed up shortly after finishing his last service call, and promptly shut off the water and diagnosed the issue He was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and supportive given the situationHe had my tenants up and running within minutes of arrival by passing *** underground line, and completed the underground work and replumbing of the outside valves the following morning It just so happens my landscaping looks better post work, than before!! I have since recommended Taz Plumbing to friends and family, and will use them for all my future plumbing needs!! Great customer service!!

I can honestly say that this company has been the best company I have ever hiredI have had issues with my plumbing continuously getting backed up, and other companies only cleared the linesTaz went the extra mile and ran a camera down the clean-out and discovered that the pipes had a separation and also had roots in it from my neighbors treeI Hired them to repair it and I watched the whole processThey did an excellent job
