My homes main water line broke a few weeks agoMy home warranty sent TAZ PlumbingThe company was very professional, and especially ***, who is one of the ownersHis customer service was exceptional and he totally went above and beyondRight away, the crew set up a temporarily water line so that we could have water, while they replaced the lineDuring that same incident, we informed them that we kept having somewhat of a back flow*** put the camera in and took the time to show us the video and how nasty our sewer lines were, and to think about replacing them in the near futureNot once was *** pushy or persistent in wanting us to replace the sewer linesThe price to replace our main water line and sewer line was very reasonable and we felt that it was in our best interest to replace everything at once , since they were already replacing the main water lineTook them about two weeks to complete everything and we couldn't be happierWe no longer have a back flow or even that nasty sewer smell that had started to arise maybe a week before we had issuesAnytime in the future that I may need a plumber for any reason, (and I'm hoping having everything new, I won't need one for a long while) TAZ Plumbing will be the first and only company I callThey are professional, courteous, efficient but most important, they take pride in their workIt speaks for itself They have integrity and that is very uncommon now a daysThe company's rates are extremely fair and honestThey restored my yard back to its original stateYou would never tell that I had work done at my homeAgain "THANK YOU" TAZ Plumbing for being professional, honest, clean and for putting yourself in our shoes and working exactly like if it was for your own houseWe truly appreciate you and know that you have won us over and will remain a loyal customer! On initial visit, the tech didn't inspect my leaky shower, just said he didn't have parts
appointments saying the part was on order with no call
Taz plumbing was assigned my my home warranty AHS for a leaky shower They came out days later on a Friday The tech walked in, looked at the shower and without touching it just said I don't have the parts and need to order them They'll be in Monday Monday I call, they said no parts, rescheduled Wed Wed I call to confirm appt and they said parts in Thurs and rescheduled appt for Fri 9- Fri morning a different Taz plumbing tech calls to say they are coming to inspect my shower I told him they already did a week prior, he was puzzled and talked to the tech that was there and said he'd be there today to fix it They missed the appointment againI called and they said the parts weren't in When I asked why they didn't call and missed the appointment they said He should have called The supervisor called later and said the

We had a huge plumbing issue and was unaware of what was possibly wrongWe contacted home owners warranty and they sent Luis from Taz Plumbing out to check the plumbing with a camera due to this being the 2nd time a plumber came out for the same issueThe issue was found and it was suggested to put new main sewer line and hydrojet the entire house due to roots infesting the main line and sludge built up in the lines*** and *** were very helpful throughout the entire process and once their team showed up Monday to do the work they were very courteous and respectfulThey worked hard and dug up half of our front yard to replace the main sewer line...the line was replaced and once everything was done you cant even tell the yard was dug completely up at one pointThey hydrojetted our entire house and added two cleanups for future useVERY GOOD AND HARD WORKERS...WILL DEFINITELY BE USING THEM AGAINNEVER HAVE I DEALT WITH A COMPANY THAT DISPLAYED SUCH PROFESSIONALISM AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

This establishment sent professional, courteous and efficient gentlemenThey replaced my entire sewer which was worn and inefficient

I couldn't be more pleased than I am with Taz Plumbing Their technician Miguel showed up as promised, he explained what needed to be done in detail and was extremely polite Miguel replaced my hot water heater and did an awesome job He was neat and well spoken I would recommend this company to everyone!

We previously used another company to repair a shower leak and the problem reoccurred. As we were not happy with the prior company, we called another plumber referred by a co-worker, actually called him 3 times with no call back. Then we read reviews here on Taz as I saw their van in our neighborhood and decided to try them. We were so happy and relieved to find such a reliable and professional plumbing company. Our plumber was [redacted] and he was so reassuring and honest. He completed the repair that day for a reasonable price. Taz does not even charge to come to your home to provide an estimate and the last company charged us $79 just for that. We highly recommend Taz Plumbing!

I had a water leak in my home. I went to the Revdex.com website and called a couple companies on the Revdex.com preferred contractor listing and TAZ Plumbing was one of them. They called me right away, gave me a fair price for the work compared to other companies and what was most important to was that they gave me more protection for my work that was needed to be done. There price was upfront like the advertise and work was left spotless, like they were never here. Definitely recommend this highly Professional Contractor. Thank you Taz Plumbing....

New to the area and used Revdex.com to find a plumber. Called Taz for a quote on a few needed projects and was impressed with the quick response and info provided. Price was competitive and service was great. We've had many plumbers do work for us over the years and Taz is one of the most professional companies. Clean, efficient, easy to work with. We now have a local plumber and will recommend to others.

Taz Plumbing sent some great plumbers to my house to fix a couple problems. They were several of the most friendly and very competent people I have ever had here. If some would ask me to recommend a plumber I would never hesitate in telling them to go to Taz. The guys installed a water pressure regulator and a water heater. They were very diligent and professional. Also very friendly and informative.

What a great company! We moved to Tucson about 6 weeks and noticed a "drip" sound periodically when we used two of our sinks. The sound appeared to come from behind the kitchen wall. We didn't know any plumbers and searched the Revdex.com listings and found TAZ Plumbing. The reviews on the Revdex.com site and YELP are all very positve. I called their office this morning and this afternoon [redacted], plumbing supervisor, came to our home. I explained the problem and showed him which faucets caused the sound. [redacted] explained based on when the noise occurred, it was not a leak, simply the water pipe moving slightly against the brace due to the temperatue of the water. The reason the sound didn't only came from a couple sinks, was due to those braces being tighter than the other braces. [redacted] tested for moisture and there wasn't any. [redacted] didn't charge anything for the service. What a pleasure to do business with a respectable company. I'll absolutely call TAZ for any plumbing problems we have in the future, as well as recommed them to our friends. GREAT experience!!

TAZ just completed a walk-in shower for us. We are very pleased. All of the workmen were polite, knew what they were doing, came when they said they were and were very clean and orderly. It took a few days to complete and they were very good about leaving the house where we could use everything with the least amount of disturbance.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again...thank you TAZ!

Taz Plumbing met me at my house to discuss roots in my sewer line. I had had conversations about this issue with three others plumbing companies. Taz had ideas that were original and made more sense. The time they took to diagnose the situation, and their ideas convinced me that they were truely the company to choose for plumbing issues.

I have had a very good experience with this company. They are prompt, courteous, dress professionally, & communicate well with the customer about what they are doing & why. They were patient with our questions. They introduced us to options without any pressure. Upon completion of the work one of the owners came out & closely inspected the work to be sure all was correct. I would very highly recommend this business and wouldn't hesitate to call them again if needed.

As a first time customer, I am most impressed! You responded within two hours of our call, and your technician was most pleasant, competent & knowledgeable. He informed me of costs and options up front. Our main kitchen drain line was cleared in a flash (after hours I wasted with a manual snake), and he left recommendations for further prevention options (r/e our 1951 aging plumbing system) including costs and optional warranties without any "strong arm" pressuring. Will definitely consider and contact you as our preferred Plumbing specialist in the future! This could be the start of a "long time" positive relationship!)

On Sunday 1/8/2017 I called 4 plumbers in town, and the only company to respond promptly and without a service charge was Taz Pumbing. The main water line from the meter to the house was leaking, and I couldn't shut it off at the street. Jose showed up shortly after finishing his last service call, and promptly shut off the water and diagnosed the issue. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and supportive given the situation. He had my tenants up and running within 30 minutes of arrival by passing [redacted] underground line, and completed the underground work and replumbing of the outside valves the following morning. It just so happens my landscaping looks better post work, than before!! I have since recommended Taz Plumbing to friends and family, and will use them for all my future plumbing needs!! Great customer service!!

Had major plumbing problems in our older house. Went from clogged drains to tearing out wall and floors to replace broken pipes. This company was fantastic with service and workmanship. Kept us very upbeat. Would highly recommend them. Very nice crew.
