We have corrected Mr [redacted] account on two separate occasions and refunded any duplicate fees Unfortunately his employer continues to submit contributions under the incorrect SSN We are in the process of correcting for the third time No duplicate fees will be charge We are unable to merge accounts from his first employer and his new employer Those accounts are separate because the employers are separate entities After the SSN correction process, MrDunn will have the two accounts he should have and no duplicate fees will be charged

Mr [redacted] contacted us about closing his retirement account on 8/14/ We immediately printed and mailed the form for the distribution The next contact was on 10/when he called and requested that we email him the form On 10/Mr [redacted] contacted us and supplied a different email address to emailed the form to him Mr [redacted] returned the form to us on 10/ A legally required step in closing a retirement account is the confirmation of employment status with the employer/former employer The form signed by Mr [redacted] and the conversations with our staff explain that the process can take up to days (due to IRS requirements) after the form is returned Most distributions take 10-days I expect the check for Mr [redacted] to generate by the 24thI have escalated this issue to expedite the process Mr [redacted] will receive text notifications when the check is ordered and a final confirmation of the check mail date and amount Mr [redacted] money remains invested in his personal account until the check is ordered The Contractors Plan, nor his employer is earning interest on his money while it awaits distributionGiven the circumstances outlined above that demonstrate Mr [redacted] request has processed in a timely manner from 10/10/when we received his form, we are not able to refund any fees

Mr*** has had a complicated claim in which his disability was extended on occasions. When his provider extended his disability period, we do request the documentation for the extension. The timing of those extensions and receipt of the documentation can interrupt the continuous
flow of weekly checksWe certainly strive to provide the best service possible and deliver payment as timely as possible. The premium due during the disability has been waived (nothing due from member) and will continue to be waived for the duration of the benefit*** ***

The enrollment in this product was initiated by the username *** 11/12/
4:40:PM. The enrollment was for multiple benefits for himself and a dependentMr*** left employment with TrueBlue at the end of 2015. His policy effective date was 12/28/and this last two checks covered the benefit period 12/28/to 1/10/16. On January 11, Mr*** contacted us and we explained that his termination would end his coverage and he could continue this coverage under COBRA.At Mr***'s request we have reviewed this situation with his employer and concluded that he was enrolled in the products of his choice and his notification of intent to cancel was after this policy termination date (January 10, 2016). There is no refund due under this circumstance. If Mr*** or his dependent had any services from a health provider, those should be submitted to our claims department. I am sorry as to the confusion by me on the prior response

I am rejecting this response because:I left employment because true blue had no other positions to pit me in and The American Worker took payments and never sent me anything for the insurance until after I had called them to cancel!!!!Whatever, if you people need the money then take it!!! I paid for insurance in which I never received!!!! This company is a scam and will never do business again!!! I am going to let others know what kind of business you people conduct!!!!Will contact Attornment General here in Maine as to your business practices! Good day!!!!

Revdex.com:I Reviewed the information sent to me by the Company, my loan did not come with a debit card as they are claiming it is an option but I did not elect this optionThe IRS information the company sent to explains their timelines for distributions only told me what I already knewThat there are penalties for withdrawing funds before retirement age of 591/2, and taxes on the money to be paid out and rules for the hardship disbursements of which I meet. The only thing the IRS information the company sent confirmed was that an employee has up to days after they have received their money to roll it over into a plan, not that they have to wait days to receive their money. I feel this company has still failed to provide adiqure a reasonable grounds for the length of this process and the misinterpretation of the law

I reviewed the call history on the memberMs***'s coverage is provided through her employer on a pre-tax basis under section of the IRS code. The IRS does place limitations on the timing of enroll and cancel coverage. These restrictions are disclosed during the enrollment
process on the brochure and must be signed off during enrollmentOn 9/1/we received two calls from medical providers at Penn Medicine inquiring about the benefits available for ***. The medical provider clearly states on the phone they are members of the First Health Network and they were calling about services (youth physical) covered under the plan. If she did not obtain services via those in Network providers, we would be glad to help Ms*** find providers in her area. Using her zip code as a starting point and selecting the type of provider that would typically provide routine youth physicals, there are providers (Doctors) within miles

I am in contact with the insured, we are working together to have claims submitted that her provider never sent to us This will be resolved in short order The main issue was that her doctor was not sending claims

Ms*** completed and returned the IRS required paperwork. The paperwork was received on Nov 14th and a check was generated on Nov 25th. This check was mailed to the address specified and signed off by Ms*** on her form. Ms*** began calling in early
December that she had not received the check. We suggested she contact her local postal carrier and apartment complex to confirm address and registration with the post office. We initiate stop pay and reissues days after the date of issue. Any checks returned by the post office are re-mailed immediatelyThe check issued on 11/has not been returned by the post office. We have initiated the stop pay, tracer, and reissue process. When we have confirmed the check has not been presented to be cashed, then the second check will be mailed to the new/different address as requested by Ms***. We expect that check to issue the week of January 9th
