We received a distribution request for Ms*** account. After completing the government required qualifications, a check was generated and mailed to the address supplied by Ms***. This check mailed on September 25th. Ms*** informed us on Oct 8th that she had
not received the check. After completing the stop pay process, a second check was issued on October 13th. We encourage members to contact their local post office to make sure their address is perfect and they are a listed resident at the address

I am rejecting this response because: The was a condition of the C.V.Aagreement thru My Union, not the Contract holder of employment Their confusion is based on different employers......my Job site remains the same.......I am still the same person and it is my retirement not the Company's (NONE OF THEIR MONIES OR CONTRIBUTIONS go to this fund) Their decision not only affects my but at least other employees.....Why is it an extra cost or problem to Roll over my account into my account when the problem is their perception!......Who is getting the kickback? First employer lost the contract with my true employer of the site, I work atSo, no more money will be placed into that account which accrues fees, which are also being paid by the second account It is plain and simple Theft
