I have been a user of TeamViewer for many years in my IT career Aside from struggles with allowing TeamViewer through certain firewalls in past releases, TeamViewer has proven to be a leader in remote access Now that I own my own IT company, TeamViewer has been a great fit to serve my customers

Its time for the yearly upgrade for us and this company tells us we owe them over $
Our company has been a customer of Teamviewer for years We decided to try out their anti-virus service and paid for full year of it After months tops, we decided that it does not work and it is not for us We called to discuss the details and was under the impression it was all taken care ofWe knew we couldn't get back our money we put into it for the first year, neither did we attempt to Recently (years later) Teamviewer sends us an invoice for years of their antivirus services and tells us our account is in payment default They will not allow us to get our yearly upgrade for Teamviewer and are extremely aggressive in telling us we owe them this moneyThe manager I spoke with was named AllisonThe company refuses to negotiate any resolution other than payment in full They keep a very strict record of what and how much of their product is being used They know we did not use

Tried to cancel and auto-renew subscription for ITBRAIN services which are not used nor need; the company will only cancel but not provide a refund
On the day of the subscription renewal for ITBRAIN monitoring services, our company was charged a total of for a year renewal We called the company to dispute the charge and have the ITBRAIN subscription canceled On the first call attempt we were on hold for minutes and then received a message that we would need to call back and the call was ended On the second call attempt we were told several times about needing to cancel the subscription in advance and that we agreed to the renewal terms when we signed up for the service in early We asked them to provide proof or a signature and advised that our organization changed and that we are not using their service and would like the cancel the subscription We were transferred to a manager who would not help us, provided the same information and then put us on hold at wh

I have a free account, which I use for personal use, but I also use a TeamViewer with paid license at work (license is maintained by my employer)
I have attempted to install and use a TeamViewer Host app on a family member's mobile device (Samsung Android smart phone, located in ***, NJ)
In the course of account setup the app has requested my TeamViewer login information, which I gave to my family member so their device is added as one of those I own (for support purposes)At the same time I have downloaded and installed the Host app on my Android device (in my possession, located in *** FL), so I can mirror the installation and connection steps
After login information was entered, a banner appeared on both mine and my family members devices, stating:
"Your TeamViewer account has been lockedPlease use the "Forgot password" function
