On April 22, I contacted Gmail using the listed support number for help with an email issue I was told I had an IP issue and transferred to this company and fell for the scam that I needed all this extra support which I paid a lot of $$ to obtain I felt pressured by the Gmail support tech that this was the only way to deal with the issueUnfortunately, I fell for this and now have to get out of this of this messI will take legal action if necessary Although linked through a legit support number...this is a scamI will be contacting Goggle to resolve this mess

Hi there,Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We only charge customer when their issue is resolved . In this scenario we have the written consent from customer that the issue was resolved and we are allowed to take payment. If somehow customer is still...
not satisfied then we are happy to refund the money. In this case we told customer to remove the dispute from bank as we do not wanted to refund money twice. Once that was done we tried to refund money many times and we get the message that "Credit card expired" .Please advise how we should proceed as charges were legitimate and we have the written consent from customer. Thanks
We have investigated the case and action has been taken

We apologize for the inconvenience and let us know how to
earn your business in future.

They told me that there was not a problem with my computer that it was and IP address problem and that my computer guy would not be able to fix this and that they were one of only five companies that could help me for a fee of $299.00. I told them that I was very uneasy about this whole situation and that I would call them back in the morning when I had time to deal with this. They kept insisting that I could give them all my info and a credit card and then I could go home and leave my computer up and they would deal with everything. I continued to express my concern and they continued to try an convince me that everything was OK. I finally hung up on them. I called my computer guy in the morning and he came and fixed everything. Requested information regarding my complaint. I called on 1/29/2015 at 1:36 pm. I called from [redacted] [redacted]" job id [redacted] was the representative. HE DID PUT ALL MY DESKTOP ICONS IN THE RECYCLE BIN AND DELETE when I refused to let him push me into paying microsoft experts $99.00 to clean my computer. He claimed I had all sorts of viruses in my computer, but a scan at Staples IT center, AND with Sophos software tech experts after my session with "[redacted]" turned up NO EVIDENCE of viruses. Of course "[redacted]" is not going to say he shoved all my icons into the bin and deleted them! There certainly was nothing on my desktop except the recycle bin when I brought it to Staples, and I did not sabotage myself. This is a ridiculous.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
