Per my conversation with manager named [redacted]. confirmation # [redacted]. I request immediate refund of the funds I payed. The
company misrepresented themselves. I was contacted by a company stating they were Apple support at phone # ###-###-####. [redacted] ("alias") [redacted]. He stated they were the technical support for apple. He then got on to my computer and
explained there were serious problems with my IP address. He then directly connected me to your company and stated I would
have to pay an extra 150.00 if I got off line. Yes, I am at fault for falling for this misrepresentation and outright lies. Apple has
told me without any reservation they have no association with this or your company. I will be contacting the RevDex.com so that your company will not be able
cheat good people out of their hard earned money. I will not let this issue go lightly. You have trespassed on my privacy,
accessed my computer and misrepresented issues with my IP address that did not exist. In fact on your confirmation of order for you wrote the problem as " popup windows" when in fact the salesman who represented himself at # ###-###-####. [redacted] ("alias") [redacted] said it was an IP issue and that AT&T nor Apple could solve it and they would recommend your company to solve it. So you can say that you don't know this company, but it is obvious that you are working together to drive business to your company by misrepresenting themselves as Official Apple tech support and then lying about what is actually wrong. Apple is going to be looking into this as well, they were absolutely 100% committed that there is no apple tech for US customers outside the united states. So talking with someone in India, even if the business is registered in the U.S. is not part of Apple. Apple also when through my computer and said the IP address problem they pretended existed was absolutely a sham.
