Do NOT buy anything from Great offers Mall. They are a scam. I entered my credit card info, the site refused it, so got another card and entered that info,,,it did take my *** gift card....but they already got what they wanted . My credit card information. Days later, all sorts of fraudulent purchases were being made on my cards. I had to cancel all my cards and get new ones. Great Offers Mall is a fake online company and they are working a scam. none of the phone numbers work and neither does the email. It works to tell you that your package is being shipped,,,,,no package has ever been shipped,,,,I can't stress enough how big a scam this is.

Great Offers Mall is fake online. You will get scammed as I did. June 2018. I used it to order a patio set. They have *** down to use and your regular credit card will not go thru. *** will not help you get a refund once the scammer has given them a address to where a order was delivered and *** has a automative service to dispute which never helped me and they closed the case. I disputed it within 3 days of not receiving a order. I called them and they flat out told me that the case is closed because the seller replied to them with a address. It was not my address. I emailed the seller multiple times and never received a reply on a refund or my order. I called *** and they said it was delivered to another address other than mine and they can not help me. I called my bank and they tried to help me but could not because *** is a third party. I am a loss of getting help and a loss of getting my money back. It is the first time I've been scammed and it is awful. It's awful that *** will not help me any further and investigate and*** will not help me with a address as to where this order I placed was delivered. Do not order from Great Offers Mall.com

Similar experience to others - tried to find an item that appeared no longer available and was pointed to https:GreatOffersMall (***). Then our perfectly valid credit card was denied - in a hurry so entered a 2nd choice - but THAT was also denied! Called our cr. card issuing bank (for both cards) to verify all was still in order - and it was. Finding contact info was no t easy. Tried to call them several times but got the same recorded run-around and hang-up with each extension on every attempt. Sent them an E-mail and finally ***d them to dins all the detailed issues with them described below. New lessons learned. Bank has placed both cards on their highest fraud alert & I will continue to monitor them daily as always. Now to post all this to ***, etc., for public viewing and raise awareness for others re: their various nefarious schemes. *** should also remove them from any coverage.

I usually will not order from a company without a review - if you are reading this I hope you have doing your research. I couldn't find a product which I think is discontinued. But I found it at *** Offers Malls. It was only $20 and thought I would take a chance. BAD MOVE. First clue should have been they offered free shipping over $50 but it was giving me free shipping at $20.. Then my credit card was denied.. I use the credit very little so I thought I entered it wrong. Entered it again. Then I thought OK it was a *** maybe they didn't take it - entered another - that was denied. That is when I smarten up. I did a search and found all these reviews. They were just capturing my credit cards. I froze my *** and I had unfrozen it to use it about 10 days later. The next morning I woke up to text alerts of all the charges that were made that night. Then later that day my other credit card was being used. I of course cancelled the cards immediately. Feel like a ***. So if you have put your credit card number in - make sure you cancel immediately- this is not a business this is just a scam to get your credit card numbers.

Same as the other reviews. Buyer beware. I placed an order on the *** website on May 13th. The credit card I tried to use was denied, although it was in good standing (coincidentally enough, within a week of trying to use that card on this site, it was compromised. Someone tried to purchase about $500 in shoes with that card info). So I paid via ***. I was curious, because *** sent payment to ***. I would have expected the email address receiving payment to have an email similar to the website name. My fault for not questioning more at that point. *** 21st, I received tracking info for a carrier called UPN, which I've never heard of. Researching that carrier now, reviews seem to all concur that the carrier is fraudulent, as is the tracking information it provides. So when I tracked my package & found it was supposedly delivered yesterday (I was home all day, waiting for an AC tech - no package was delivered). So I started researching and all of the reviews I have read seem to say the same thing, Scam. I have since opened a dispute case with ***.

I ordered a baby monitor from this company that never arrived. It took 2 of my credit cards and declined both then said it also accepted Paypal and Walmart gift cards. I ordered at that time with my Walmart card on May 2nd, 2018 and they said delivery would be the 18th. Tracking showed it starting in *** and coming to ***. On the 24th it said it was delivered and it is now the 31st and still not here. Also, 2 large charges were on my Mastercard in *** that the scammers used.

I went to their website and cancelled my order. The carrier they use is a bogus site, and the phone number is non-working, I tried calling them several times and used the options available, recording says busy and hangs up. Thank God I used PayPal and have a chance to get my money back. I also went into my PayPal account and changed my password, just in case....They have several sites............BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Order a bookcase and paid with Bitcoin thru Coinbase on or about March 25th. Received an email with order number from Big Offers Mall of *** with a tracking #US*** with UPN Carrier. Total cost was $101.11.

Never received the bookcase and have emailed 3 times and called more than 10 times. Each call is answered by a recording saying they are busy help other customers. Have tried calling at different times.

Can't contact the company. UPN Carrier I have requested a proof of delivery with no success by going to their website at up*** and filling out a Contact Us form.

I used the website Bigoffersmall.com to purchase an inflatable. I never received its, Claimed UPN carrier delivered it 4/18 and I believe its fake.
purchased a gemmy inflatable on 4/6/18 and when asked for payment they only accepted Amazon or Walmart Gift Cards. I payed with Amazon gift card. $126.00. The bigoffersmall.com website looks just like walmart. I contacted them within the first 2 weeks and they answered my email and said the UPN Carrier was delayed due to weather. The UPN tracking number says item was delivered 4/28/18 and I called them and the number is not in service. Big offers mall does not answer emails either. I informed bigoffersmall.com that the package was not delivered and there are 3 cameras on the front of the house. We checked footage over a 3 day period and NO DELIVERY. Nobody replies. Period. I want my money back and this website reported. This is criminal.

Horrible service waited for 2 weeks which said would take 4 days, according to tracking number was out for delivery. On day 14 tracking said package delivered. Which it was not and have not answered my five e-mails requesting refund.

My supplied credit cards were hacked after contact with this company.
After attempting to make a purchase and having both credit cards declined (both cards were determined to be valid)I gave up.Since that time both credit cards have been hacked, one to the point of my address and telephone number were changed on that account and both have had fraudulent charges. I don't know if Tech Offers Mall is directly responsible but do feel that it all has something to do with this web site.

I purchased an $7 item with a $20 Amazon gift card. They redeemed the entire amount, never gave me change and never sent the item (gave a false tracking link that didn't work). E-mailing them didn't work as they kept saying we have a month before we have to ship your item, or there was a delay because of sorting overload. Their phoneline is also bogus as it hangs up on your. Fraudulent website that takes consumers money - avoid!

Tech Offers Mall claims that they delivered a product to me while I contend the product was never delivered.
On December 26, 2017 I ordered 4 Rydanz Raleigh 06 P235 R50/18 tires for $263.80 from T.O.M. They were supposedly received by *** Carriers on December 29 and *** shipped by them on January 1, 2018. After waiting 17 days, I noticed that the shipping was transferred to the local United States Post Office on January 17 and supposedly delivered by them on January 20. I was not home at the time of said delivery, but arrived a half hour later and saw no tires. I have never had anything stolen off my porch in the 25 years I've lived here. When I plug the tracking number into the USPS tracking software, I get the message: "Label Created, not yet in system. A status update is not yet available on your package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to USPS." Also, on Tech Offers Mall order status page for Order ***, it states "Cancelled/Reversed". If the tires were shipped, why was the order cancelled/reversed and little information provided to/by the USPS? When I initially tried to purchase tires on the T.O.M. website, it would not accept any credit cards leaving *** as my only option. It seems all T.O.M. had to do was provide a tracking number with "delivered" on it to *** who is accepting this as truth and will not remove the $263.80 charge from my credit account with them.

Fraudulent Website
I tried to place an order on this webite with my debit card and my credit card and both cards were declined. They asked that I pay with a Walmart gift card instead, which I foolishly did. I paid $56 to them. About a week or 2 later, both my debit card and credit card were hacked. I never received my package and there was phony UPN tracking information showing it was delivered on 2/28/18 which it was not. This website is a total scam and I wish I never paid them.

This website is false is a *** website copy, I make the $40.00 order with a *** gift card and this web site take all the money in my gift card. Nevsr receive my order, when you check the address in google no warehouse in there.

The same results as Sherri P. Card declined twice. Did not call. Seems to be a bogus or BS company, if it even exists.
