I was searching for a great price for an Artic King 5 cu. ft. freezer, 'techoffersmall.com? was one of the sites that came up. After looking over the site, seemed as legit as any other, an offer of free shipping over $50, I decided to purchase there. At checkout, my Chase bank CC was declined. not intirely unheard of, once in awhile when purchasing from a new place, Chase fraud will deny a purchase, doesnt get ironed out until I talk to them...meanwhile, techoffersmall suggested using a gift ard such as Amazon, or Walmart, even including the links to go to them. Since Im a frequent prime user of Amazon, and I even had some credit floating there, I did go to Amazon and buy the giftcard for $110.95.....Returned to techoffersmall and made the purchase. Everything developed as expected, received confirmation emails followed, along with item shipped a few days later. I was given a tracking number to a 'UPN carrier'..... few days later, I started watching the progress...it started in Mountian Side NJ at the carrier...watched it travel, slowly, it goes down to West columbia S. Carolina, then to Austin Tx...problem was, it seemed to stay too many days at eash location...I understand truck freight is on the slow side, but each stop was 5-7 days....I tried calling the 'main office? of UPN, never got ANYONE to answer, left messages on their site.....nothing...I continue to watch, it moves to Fort Worth, the city in which I live in the north part of...... it now it showed ? arrival at postal service? .... now, I have seen this happen with other items, Amazon sometimes sends things by UPS, then once in my area it is turned over to the USPS for delivery, I assume it's cheaper, but this was a small freezer, didn't think the USPS would take a larger item like that.Now it shows DELIVERED ! Nothing has showed up, and STILL can't get any response from either the carrier or techoffersmall ! I tried the 'customer service? on the site, it took me to WALMART... I talked to them, they say no affiliation!!

Product is listed as delivered. It was not delivered to us. Company does not all phone messages and any extension I try hangs up and says to try again
As of 2/14/2018 I did not receive my order. The tracking for UPN Carrier says it was delivered to us 2/12/2018 at 9:29 p.m., which did not happen. I have tried to contact the carrier with no success by email or phone, which isn't a valid phone number. I have tried to contact Tech Offers Mall by phone and email with no success. The phone number says any button I push is busy and to call back later. The message option does not allow you to leave a message. I have never encountered this before. I ordered a Kitchen Fire Extinguisher with Low Velocity Nozzle RESSP on 1/20/2018. Order #XXXXX had been successfully processed as per their email. The tracking number given with a link was USXXXXXXXXXUS. I paid a total of $22.90 for the fire extinguisher. I would like my account credited immediately. My shipping address was listed correctly on the email they sent me with the tracking number. Method of payment on account is PayPal, 1/20/2018. PayPal says: Website Payment: ***@yahoo.com, ID: 9HRXXXXXCXXXXXXXG.

My order #XXXXX on 1/24/2018 for a labtop, I paid $157.95, Tech Offers Mall not only did not delivery my order for me, but also did not refund for me.
I had been call customer service many time, the Company no pickup phone service. And I email several times, although no respond. The bad customer service is the Company's Policy? Form my ordered to now already 17 days. The Company did not honestly solve my problem.

This is a fake site. Stole my money and never sent order

Tried to order from this company and when I went to pay they declined my credit card even though the card is in good standing. Wanted me to enter another card - didn't want to enter another card info - reentered the first again to make sure there was no errors. Confirmed with my card company that card had no issues - Leary of their tactic I tried to call their customer service - was on a hold with a generic repeated message for less than 1 minute before they remarked to call back late and my call was discontinued. Probably won't do business with this customer because I do not feel that this is good customer service. Did not seem internet user friendly or interested in my business!

I ordered 2 Items 1-2-18, tracking info says they were delivered 1-25-18, but USPS knows nothing about that package.
I ordered 2 items on 12-28-17, got the confirmation email on 1-2-18. Order # is XXXXX. Tracking info says it was shipped on 1-6-18 & delivered on 1-25-18. I never received the order! I have emailed & called the company but haven't been able to talk to anyone yet! I always get hung up on! The amount paid was $66.00 & it had to be paid with a Walmart gift card! I am disabled so I'm home most of the time! We order many things on line & have never had a problem receiving our orders! I feel I've been scammed!

THIS CO STATES THAT IT IS A WALMART.COM PARTNER.
UPON THAT I PLACED AN ORDER FOR 7 MAINSTAY 9 CUBE STORAGE SHELVES ALMOST $189.00. HAVE NOT RECEIVED MERCHANDISE NOR CAN I GET THROUGH TO THE CO.
I CALLED WALMART CORPORATE THEY DON'T ACKNOWLEDGE THIS BUSINESS. THE ODER NO THEY GAVE ME WAS XXXXX I PAYED THROUGH MY PAY PAL ACCOUNT. I TRIED CONTACTING THE COMPANY BY PHONE AND BY EMAIL CANNOT GET A RESPONSE. PHONE ONLY HAS A SET UP WHICH SAYS BUSY HELPING OTHER CUSTOMERS AND THEN DISCONNECTS . TRACKING THEY ISSUED SHOW UPN CARRIER THEY HAVE A NON WORKING PHONE #.
ONLY RECOURSE IS TO FILE A COMPLAINT

I never receieved my order. The tracking I was given said it was delivered on 1/20/18 at 2:57am.
I have sent emails and received no response. I have tried calling and am told to call back later that all lines are busy with customers. Then, my credit cards had other charges on them after dealing with this crooked company. I had to end up paying with a walmart gift card at their request!

Ordered product and the order was never received. The carrier service used by them does not exist.
Problem date, 1/24/2018. This is when the item showed out for delivery. I contacted our local Post Office, they claim they never received the package. The Purchase date was 1/3/2018, Model Number, not available. The description is Men's Wrangler Outdoor Pants. Order number XXXXX. Payment amount is $23.95 and the method was a Walmart gift card. The courier company is UPN Carrier, their customer service number is not in service (XXX)XXX-XXXX. The customer service number for Tech Offers Mall provides a menu of options and then hangs up on the caller. The companies listed, do not respond to email complaints. Their customer service numbers are not functional.

On December 30th I made a purchase and they gave me a tracking number from this website http://upncarrier.com/track-your-item/USXXXXXXXX(X)US. And this carrier was going in circle for almost a month just to make me think that the product is still on the way. But it never arrived, even thought it shows as delivered. I tried to call them, both the techoffersmall website tel# and the carrier tel.# but they never answer the phone" they always say call again later.
