HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and no way to contact them other than email.
I would have left 0 star review..if I hadn't placed a previous order and had no issues.
I placed an order online Tech21's website. After I placed the order I realized I had ordered an iPhone 12 "pro max" case, instead of an iPhone 12 "pro" case. Since there was no phone number to reach Tech21's customer service I sent an email explaining the situation. I received a reply back that my issue would be resolved. Then I received in the mail the "pro max" case! The wrong size! Grrr! I sent a couple more emails after that asking how to return the item from the US. NO REPLY! In Tech 21 return verbiage states you have 14 days to return. I am stuck with a case I bought for $39.99! I will never buy directly from this company again! So disgusted!

Mr. [redacted] filed a warranty claim with Tech21 for an Evo Mesh Lime Green case to fit an iPhone 6. He filed complaint with the BBB due to the length of time (approximately a month) it took for Tech21 to provide a replacement of product. Once this complaint was escalated to us, we... immediately contacted Mr. [redacted] and shipped him the exact replacement case he requested. Tech21 takes all matters like this serious because we care about our customers. We hope and expect that with our quick response to Mr. [redacted] once this matter was escalated he will be happy with our product and continue to be a loyal customer of Tech21. Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response, as there was no offer This complaint was two-fold, which Mr [redacted] failed to address In fact, not only was his response specious, but more importantly, tech21’s explicit protection claims and marketing of their product’s protection claims are disingenuous Their warranty, or lack thereof in the case of their product’s protection claims, is arbitrary and capricious In other words, they do not warranty the protection they explicitly claim That is deceitful, fraudulent and deceptive.Specifically, he said (words capitalized by me for emphasis), “While our cases and screen protectors have been PROVEN to dissipate shock on impact, we are unable to account for EVERY occurrence that may arise while our products are being used We also cannot guarantee the condition of the device prior to using techproducts, therefore, we are unable to include this in our warranty.”I am not asking that they cover EVERY occurrence, only an occurrence that occurred well below the explicit claims made by techin the marketing of their product, that is offering “advanced impact protection from drops of feet.” The phone in question fell from a distance less than three feet If they cannot and will not stand behind their claims that their cases have been PROVEN to dissipate shock and that they offer “advanced protection from drops of feet”, this constitutes fraud, deception and poor customer service.What protection did tech21’s case provide in this instance? None, and at a height well below its so called “proven” protection height Yet they are unwilling to stand behind their advanced protection claims or their products They are happy to prominently display and market these claims, but not so with their very limited warranty Moreover, not knowing the condition of the phone is irrelevant If a phone was just purchased, and at the point of purchase one also purchases and places a techcover onto the new phone and walks out of the store and drops the phone resulting in a cracked screen, is techgoing to use assert that they did not know the condition of the phone? Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover damage to your device as a result of everyday usetechwill also not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of this product.Why would anyone want a replacement cover when the original cover did not provide the advanced protection or any protection in the first place?Finally, in terms of my review, there was no profanity, and in fact, it was an almost identifical, although slightly modified version of my original complaint I have noticed that no new reviews have been posted since I tried posting one, which discounts the contention that there are delays but instead they filter ones that provide objective and truthful reviews Regards, [redacted]

I confirmed with our customer service that we did respond to this customer following the proper communication, explained our warranty and offered a replacement for his Techproduct.Unfortunately there is not a way to tell if the screen was damaged or cracked before the screen shield was applied
(this is a common reason why screen shields are purchased), if that was the case the screen would already be compromised.Please let me know if you need anything else.-- Thanks,*** ***M: +***-***-***

This company's customer service center as well as T & Cs are horrendous They promise 2-day shipping with their order confirmation email, as well as state that any customer support inquiries will be addressed in 1-business days My order was placed days ago, and I have not been notified that it has shipped In addition, I've submitted emails, all after the day waiting period, to their customer support team trying to find where my order is at, and they have not replied Do not do business with them, you will regret it

Tech21 protective cases do not stand behind there product. I purchased a IPhone S6 Tech21 case. I dropped my case on the floor in my office and my screen cracked. I contacted the company and I sent them all the information about my purchase and sent pictures of the cracked product. Now I feel like I am receiving the run around on my reply
