These people have damaged my computer network system likely beyond any economic repair I am currently working with Kaspersky as well as PC Matic and the good and kind folks at a couple of other websites who specialize in the repair of damage done by people such as we are addressing here These people are liars and crooks in my opinion I see no way at all they could have done this degree of damage without having done so intentionally, maybe in order to keep control of my computer I have had my money returned, whether by these people or by the credit-card audit and investigation that I initiated I do not know This will be the last time I address the issue at this Revdex.com It is my belief that they ought to be arrested

Team,As per our investigation, we received a call from the customer on 3rd September related to an issue with some entries missing in the Intuit software which included some data files missing while transfer to the online version of the softwareWe tried to troubleshoot the issue and provided a solution by making use of our cloud hosting technologyThe issue was fixedCustomer upgraded to Windows and we received a support request e-mail from the customer seeking information if all other issues related to the operating system were fixed.We tried to contact the customer to provide a solution but in between customer filed this complaintWe have refunded the customer in full for both the support services and cloud hosting services in good faith are still willing to support the customer with any issues she still has with the operating system and Intuit software

What this person is saying is a fabrication I am still fighting, with the help of Kaspersky anti-malware software, with the techs at Kaspersky, and with additional computer technicians, what I believe to be the intentional and disruptive damage that these people caused to my computer network Just tonight there have been almost a dozen separate versions of well-known malware misdirection and adware viruses and other malware pop up on my screen or misdirect the URL, NONE of which EVER were manifested before the very day of the invasion by "Techarex" These destructive elements were without a doubt in my mind intentionally placed on my computer network by the people who answered my last complaint entry at this Revdex.com Again, I believe they should be arrested Before too much longer I believe that anti-cyber-criminal bounty-hunters will be hired by the victims of people such as these At that point they will go to jail Until then we will have to listen to and read the trash they harp in their own defense

The charge back was rejected before Techarex changed their mind to accept it Once the claim was rejected the bank closed the account I have spoken with the bank to verify that no one has tried to send funds to the old credit card number and they have not received any communicationsfrom Techarex indicating that they were trying to return the funds

As per paypal's standard process they are disputing this with your banking institution as we accepted the liability. We are following up with paypal to check if a refund can be issued to your bank... account as you have already cancelled the credit card used for this transaction.We will revert to you within 3 working days with an update. We thank you for your patience.

The refund check was e-mailed last weekPlease find attached the chase account screenshot for confirmation

This is such a lie on behalf of Techarex, they have never called our business once to ask for our business infoI have called times to ask for the refund, they keep saying they were unable to credit back credit card(initial form of payment) but times(that I called them) they have asked me for the correct spelling to issue check that was supposed to be mailed to me but until today that refund check has still not been issuedLast time I called they told me there's a delay because of Christmas and New Years's, mail is delayed but when I asked for check issue date and check #, they finally admitted check was never issued!!!Thank you for all your help in this matter!

The accounts which the transaction was made has been closed I had to close all accounts bc this company jeopardizedoes my banking This money is not in my possession If they choose to send me a refund they have my mailing address They will never gain any further banking information from me again

Tech's rex told me on the day I made complaint that they would mail me a paper check on June 1st It is now June and still no refund They just keep saying they have problems with processing companyAfter plus days it should be resolved

Hi Team, We had to discontinue our relationship with the credit card processor, due to some issues at their end, we are working with the processor to get the refund issued at the earliest.Our support team will contact the customer along with the refund tracking information as soon as available,
