I would NEVER let these people touch my computer again!  Based on my having worked against criminals for even longer than the twenty years that I have worn a badge for my profession it is my firm personal belief that these people are con-artists, criminals and thieves.  If they are allowed to continue with what they are doing it is my belief that they will also continue to defraud any number of innocent victims out of their money and destroy the usefulness of any computer on which they operate.  THEY TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR COMPUTER; they use your own cursor to do their damage; they have the EXACT access to your computer as the owner does!  They leave behind dozens or hundreds of viruses and other malware.  They literally destroyed the usefulness of my own THREE-computer PROTECTED network, none of which I have been able to completely repair from late September when they did the damage to this day, even though I have employed some of the most knowledgeable experts available.  Proceed at your own risk.  DON'T let these people get near your computer!  If they do, and leave behind the same damage as they did to mine, GO TO THE POLICE and the FBI.  These people are in Texas; I am in Missouri.  It is my belief that such activity constitutes interstate fraud, larceny, and criminal mischief subject to the jurisdiction of the FBI.

Team,As per our investigation, we received a call from the customer on 3rd September related to an issue with some entries missing in the Intuit software which included some data files missing while transfer to the online version of the software. We tried to troubleshoot the issue and provided...

a solution by making use of our cloud hosting technology. The issue was fixed. Customer upgraded to Windows 10 and  we received a support request e-mail from the customer seeking information if all other issues related to the operating system were fixed.We tried to contact the customer to provide a solution but in between customer filed this complaint. We have refunded the customer in full for both the support services and cloud hosting services in good faith are still willing to support the customer with any issues she still has with the operating system and Intuit software.

The charge back was rejected before Techarex changed their mind to accept it.  Once the claim was rejected the bank closed the account.  I have spoken with the bank to verify that no one has tried to send funds to the old credit card number and they have not received any communicationsfrom Techarex indicating that they were trying to return the funds.

These people have damaged my computer network system likely beyond any economic repair.  I am currently working with Kaspersky as well as PC Matic and the good and kind folks at a couple of other websites who specialize in the repair of damage done by people such as we are addressing here.  These people are liars and crooks in my opinion.  I see no way at all they could have done this degree of damage without having done so intentionally, maybe in order to keep control of my computer.  I have had my money returned, whether by these people or by the credit-card audit and investigation that I initiated I do not know.  This will be the last time I address the issue at this Revdex.com.  It is my belief that they ought to be arrested.

Team,[redacted] called us for support related to some spyware/malware infection on his computer. After morethan 3 hours of troubleshooting, the issue was still unresolved and requiredfurther troubleshooting.In between [redacted] had to leave. As per our standard resolution confirmation process...

we do not charge a customer if the technical issuerelated to their software/hardware is not completely resolved for any reason.Our customer service representative also tried to follow up with [redacted] and found out that he was extremely dissatisfied with the services. We initiated a complete refund for[redacted], even before this request was filed. We are willing to support any technical issues [redacted] still has with his computer with the help of our escalation team.[redacted] was refunded $699.97 wide UniqueTransaction ID # [redacted] through paypal.

I stand by, and would do so under oath, every single one of the facts that I submitted originally.  My money was returned by the credit-card company because a day after the incident I entered a dispute based on fraudulent activity on the card.  A new card was issued on the same day.

What this person is saying is a fabrication.  I am still fighting, with the help of Kaspersky anti-malware software, with the techs at Kaspersky, and with additional computer technicians, what I believe to be the intentional and disruptive damage that these people caused to my computer network.  Just tonight there have been almost a dozen separate versions of well-known malware misdirection and adware viruses and other malware pop up on my screen or misdirect the URL, NONE of which EVER were manifested before the very day of the invasion by "Techarex".  These destructive elements were without a doubt in my mind intentionally placed on my computer network by the people who answered my last complaint entry at this Revdex.com.  Again, I believe they should be arrested.  Before too much longer I believe that anti-cyber-criminal bounty-hunters will be hired by the victims of people such as these.  At that point they will go to jail.  Until then we will have to listen to and read the trash they harp in their own defense.
