Excellent job …. Techmart Live supports online services and onsite services too. I had serious issues with my outlook account. It was not working properly and I am not so aware with the technical skills, so I asked for technical help to Techmart Live and they gave me online support which was amazing. Their expert technician calmly heard all my problems, discussed one by one my outlook issues and then gave me instructions to resolve my issues in an easy and fast way. He also helped me to configure my outlook account. It was a great experience for me.

Techmart Live gave most satisfied services to resolve my PC issues. Actually, my PC had some virus (Malware) issue and data was corrupted. I didn’t understand anything and hence I called to Techmart Live and asked for help, and then they introduced their expert technical person to fix the problem. Their expert operated my system remotely and found the problem rapidly and my most precious data rescued from their great efforts. They also install updated antivirus on my system which blocks the latest virus. I am really very happy with their tech support services.

Techmart Live gave wings to my PC when it was impaired due to some issues. Sometime ago, I faced trouble during work on my PC, some errors came again and again and shut down many times. I fed up with this problem and looking for the technical support that time Techmart Live came and gave a helping hand to resolve the issue. The good thing is that they serve online support, if anyone wants help of a technician on the phone, so they are available and I have used this online support service and find great help from an expert technician of the company. Great Service…………..

Actually, I have faced some technical issues on my PC and I called them for tech support. Their highly skilled and experienced technicians took the access of my PC and most pleasurable thing is that the technicians detected the exact issue within very less time and also fixed it simply. Their technicians were well mannered and polite in nature. I am fully satisfied with their fast and affordable services. I am gladly stating that they save my precious time.

Review: I was using my computer on 4/25/2016. When trying to connect to a website, I got a pop up window and a notice page saying that a malware was trying to change the value of a register on my computer, and my computer was at great risk of losing all the data if I were to do anything, and that I should call a toll free number [redacted] to get assistance. The chrome browser was frozen and I couldn't close the window.

I found it a bit weird because the notice page wasn't anything like a system-generated message, but more like a fake man-made page. However, since I couldn't get my computer working, (mostly because of the set up of having the notice window pop up consistently, which has a higher priority relative to other browser activities), I called the number.

The person on the phone used LogMeIn to remote control my computer, which was obviously very unprofessional now that I think about it. He asked me whether I have had the computer for more than one year. If yes, then my [redacted] warranty has expired and I had to pay either $99.99 for this one time service, or $199.9 for a one year extension of the warranty. I paid $199.99 by check, and it was now charged against my checking account. They left a "contract" on my computer, which I can no longer open. When they were "fixing" the computer, I realized that it was a scam, so I turned off my computer and disconnected.

Thinking back, [redacted] does not have any warranty for the system. The warranty I had was for my computer (it is a Lenovo, not a [redacted] product) when I bought it at Best Buy. So there is no way they could extend my warranty. And their warranty was a very unofficial webpage that I couldn't even open again after I disconnected from their remote control. Furthermore, when I asked them whether they were a company under Microsoft, they said that they were a company specifically doing IT support for Microsoft. But I don't think that is true. And they should not have the right to extend a [redacted] warranty, even if a warranty existsDesired Settlement: I would like to request a refund of $199.99 for the scam.

Review: I was contacted on my phone on a Sunday evening in December, 2015, just prior to leaving to go out of state for the holidays.

I was told that my computer had a virus and that if I logged into my computer I would be able to see the viral content....it listed nearly 5300 instances that were suspicious, according to the technician on the phone.

Alarmed by this and caught off guard, I decided that I should have my computer fixed. I was given the name and phone number to Techmart Live Solutions, LLC. I paid the amount of nearly $300 for a year of protection.

The technician fixed my computer and called me within a reasonable time to let me know he had completed the work.

Nearly a month ago on the Today show, this scam was uncovered. I have since learned that this business has had their Revdex.com license revoked and currently has an F rating with the Revdex.com.

I am technologically challenged so I thought this was a legitimate call. I now know better.

Thank you.Desired Settlement: I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges for this. I do not wish to be contacted by this company anymore and I would like the business license to be revoked.

My desire is that more stories such as this can be brought to light and the trusting public no longer be prey to these scam artists!

Dear [redacted],Greeting of the day!!!I apologies for the delay and sorry to hear about this complain. I have gone through this email and found that Ms. [redacted] got a phone call about her computer problem. I would like to inform you that we never make any outbound phone calls to any of our customer more over we do not work on Sunday and holidays. It might be possible that someone else called her. We are still providing support to our customers but if Ms. [redacted] does not want our support we will end the support with immediate effect.Thank you[redacted]

I'm very curious how the three positive reviewers connected with the company. It's a scam company of the worst degree. They confiscate your computer and only allow you to have it back with payment of money--in my case $200. Our local tv consumer affairs reporter covers a scam story at least several times a month. These crooks took complete control of my computer, supposedly added all sorts of anti-everything software on it and supposedly ran scans to find and delete thousands of unwanted items. I paid them with a cc purposedly so that I can dispute the charge as soon as the charge goes thru. Last night was a living hell for me as my computer is less than a month old. I don't live in CA but wanted to add my two cents.

Review: My computer showed that there was a virus and listed a number for [redacted]. I called the number and they said that they were Techmartlive Solutions. They told me they were an affiate of [redacted]. They said they could fix my computer and the cost would be $399.00. I allowed them to enter my computer and they worked on it for a couple of hours and then I had to give them my credit card number and the services were paid for.

A couple of weeks later I turned on my computer and the page was black with warning signs all over the page. There was a voice saying not to close out the page or my hard drive would not be able to use. I called the number on the screen and was talking to [redacted] of [redacted]. He told me that the Techmartlive Solutions was not allowed to ask anyone for their credit card and I should report it. I am so upset about this first company and do not believe they are legitimate. I want a refund from them.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund from this company for $399.00 that I paid. I believe they scammed me.

Very thorough knowledge. able to understand and fix my problem very quickly. [redacted] is excellent.

Review: Using my computer on 1/21/2016 I received a notice page warning that I must contact a toll free phone number shown on screen or lose use altogether of my computer. I was not feeling well or would have questioned before acting that this was a scam. I did ask about the validity of their company. Their response was to bring Revdex.com web page up on my screen to prove they are a valid service.

Bottom line: "leave your computer alone for 2 hours so we can fix your problem" That followed their insistence that I pay $299.99 giving them our checking account information.

Had I been on top of my game, I never would have fallen for this scam. The IT department at my workplace showed me that "[redacted]" is nothing but a scam.

We are now having our bank dispute the payment, have closed that checking account and had our computer hard drive cleaned in an attempt to eliminate any further problems with this company.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $299.99 paid for the scam. The cost of cleaning our computer and the loss of important information and family pictures is something I will deal with for my stupidity.

Response:

Hello [redacted] Greetings from Techmartlive Solutions!! It is very sad to know that there is a compliant for us from one of our existing customer. I would like to brief upon this issue to make things understand better, we did received the call from Mrs. [redacted] on 21st Jan 2016 stating that there are some problems in the computer which she want us to take care, it was a clean pitch from a sales person wherein she has agreed upon paying certain charges to fix up the problems on her system, where in we did have provided here with the year of support on her machine for $299.99. Now in the past recent days we have never been contacted through (phone or email) by the customer asking for the refund or cancellation of the services, but still if she wants to cancel the services then we have no objection cancelling the services because our first priority is customer enhancement & satisfaction. And I would also like to mention that we have already spoken with the customer in order to process the refund for the same in her account. I apologies for all the inconvenience caused and will try to deliver the best services in the future. Thanks [redacted]

Thank you to the Revdex.com for assistance in this very frustrating matter. As of 2/23/2016 the $299.99 in question as been refunded to our bank account. Our bank had filed a dispute on our behalf to recover our money. Also Revdex.com contacted TechMartLive with our complaint. However it happened we are so appreciative of the refund of our hard-earned money.
