Extremely poor customer service and unknowledgable staff. Very unorganized company with 3 locations. They'll fix your stuff but it won't be 100%. There are better options.
This is a customer who had an iPad repaired, came in to pick it up and the iPad was in transit to the store (from another store). Instead of waiting a little while he proceeded to break things and spit in the store and on our windows. He was pretty strung out on drugs when he was in and is the only customer we have ever had to ban for life. He did pay for the damages and for his iPad. His wife picked up the iPad and apologized profusely. This post was at the height of his tantrum. The iPad is still working to this day.
