Our Technical Service Supervisor spoke with [redacted] and agreed to ship his original P234G unit back to him He will be keeping the recon Punit, with a one year warranty

We have contacted [redacted] a few times by phone, however have been unable to reach him We left a voicemail stating that we would be sending him an email with instructions how to get his product serviced, but that he was welcome to contact us back with any further questions by phone or by email

We have made several attempts to contact [redacted] since Sep 6th, but have not reached him at home or received a response to our emails.

We apologized for the inconvenience and have emailed** *** that he may return his Ryobi Table Saw to *** *** for a refund or credit toward another saw

website and the carton the table saw is sold in are correct and accurate

Our warranty does require proof of purchase to help determine if the grill is still within the warranty period. With that said, we will reach out to this customer and offer replacement of any parts required

Like I said initially, I wasn't asked what it would take to resolve this, and said that I wanted a tool that delivered 100ft/lbsI never wanted two overrated tools, justone that worked as advertisedI will be happy to send both bad ones back for their the PHOPEFULLY, it will be near the advertised torque ratings which is all that I ever wanted from the startI will accept nothing less than a tool that works NEAR what is advertised

I will attempt to return the batteries to [redacted], as requested.  However, I want to know what to do if [redacted] takes the same "out" and states it's a Ryobi problem, since I believe this is exactly what will happen!
 
BTW, I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE representative  3x so I want to set the record straight!

[redacted] had been instructed to return his mower to [redacted] for a refund

[redacted] would not have record of my tools being dropped off for repair as I did not. [redacted]'s policy is a $20.00 upfront deposit per tool which is returned IF THE WARRANTY COVERS THE REPAIR. If not that keep that and charge you the remaining for the repair. So it's a 50/50 chance. Now if I was 100% guaranteed that they would cover the burnt out motors then yeah I may consider doing that but then with that said I should not have to pay a deposit. Now I am in construction I need my tools every day or I lose work which mean I don't get paid. I and people like me don't have the time to send tools off to be repaired. I ended up just having to take more food money out of my kids mouths to buy a new tool.

We have made several attempts to contact [redacted] since Sep 6th, but have not reached him at home or received a response to our emails.

Our service provider confirmed that this trimmer contained old gas with a very strong odor. The air filter and muffler were clogged and the spark plug was crusted. The fuel tank contained a gum-like substance as did the carburetor. These are all conditions that occur as a result of improper...

maintenance, and as a result, this unit will not be covered under warranty. However, we are sending [redacted] an air box cover, spark plug, and filter at no charge as a one time courtesy.

The company doesnt want to admit that the line gets spit out too far.

We've made contact with the customer and reached an agreeable solution

we have tried to contact the customer multiple times without success, and we have not heard back after leaving voice mails. We will continue to make attempts at contacting and resolving customer's issue.
