The email also said that I was receiving this confirmation message because a form was submitted using email address bfrom the Northwood Realty Services websiteI never signed up for any such thing nor did I request Kathryn F [redacted] to sign me up (her name was all over the email)Please remove my email from any such Northwood website and emailings Regards, [redacted] ***

Dear [redacted] :On or about October 15th, Northwood received the Revdex.com notice of a complaint (ID [redacted] ) filed by Mr [redacted] ***.On, or about October 19th, I left Mr*** message at the contact numbers he provided. This is the 2nd complaint from Mr*** regarding the same concern to which we believed to have been resolved. For some reason our marketing system reactivated his contact informationI left a message for Mr*** that I would again address his concern with the marketing agent and have his name removed from the mailing list. The agent has been contacted and his name will be removedAt this time, I believe the matter will be resolved.Jim P [redacted] General Manager Northwood Realty Services [redacted] Office: ###-###-#### Cell: ###-###-####

Dear Mr [redacted] As discussed with you previously. When our claims department reviewed the photos you sent and were able to see the damage you pointed out they were able to notice that your TV was now hanging on your Wall.It would then appear to them that someone either yourself or a third party unpacked the carton it was in and mounted the TV on the wall. The claimed damage certainly could of happened during the installation process or for that matter during the unpacking and removal process. In Fact the types of damages outlined in the photographs would be typical damage from an installation. You did send photos of the damaged carton but only after the fact the T V was unpacked and the carton removed to your Garage. We sincerely regret that we are unable to accept liability for your claim.Should you wish to pursue this we suggest you review your booklet called your rights and responsibilities and refer to the arbitration information.Or you can go to www.moving.org and review the arbitration information they have available for you on line.Sincerly' [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Prior to closing ,I was assured that all necessary repairs were completedI was informed due to scheduling, that the inspector would be out after closingTrusting Northwood, I agreed and continued with the closingWhen the electrical inspector came to apply the sticker he stated that there was additional work that was mandatory to receive the approval sticker [redacted] said she would get the electrician to do these repairs and that the inspector would be sent back out to approve and apply stickerI was never given the inspectors information, no receipt was provided for repairs [redacted] always made the contact, when I asked for his information because I felt more than enough time had passed, I was told they would get back to meThe inspector did contact me once and I gave him the background of what the situation was and he stated that he was going to call [redacted] at Northwood and arrangements would be madeAfter that conversation I have had no messages or phone calls from either party [redacted] assured me that it would be rectifiedI feel like I'm being tossed around and no resolution is being offered.Regards, [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] originally never filed a claim for a 2nd night stand and then it became a he said she said so I really dont know what the truth is as the repair service has denied a conversation like he stated as a token of good will we reinstate the offer of paying him an additional $ to close this matter

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI was told that an internal investigation will be done to determine if process changes are required to clear up misunderstandings between drivers & salesmen to prevent delays for future customers Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com thank you for sharing this complaint with us,I reached out to the claimant and called her and I agree that she wasn't treated fairly so we are going to send her an additional $ to compensate her for her delay

Dear [redacted] :On or about June 5th, Northwood received an email from Mr [redacted] *** concerning his recent property purchase in Munhall, PA.On, or about June 7th, I reached out to Mr [redacted] at the contact numbers he provided.Mr [redacted] and I spent approximately minutes reviewing his concerns which included the seller’s failure to preform, and even a homeless person who was found to be living there hampering the process. Our conversation remained professional and Mr [redacted] asked that I follow up on an item or twoI told him I would, and that I would contact him again within hours. The next day I contacted Mr [redacted] with the resolution he requestedHe seemed satisfied and thanked Northwood for the quick response. At this time, I believe the matter has been resolved.Jim P***General Manager Northwood Realty Services Old Perry HwyWexford, PA 15090Office: Cell:

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] I do have empathy for you or anyone that feels wronged. Also I'am not the owner I'm the president just to clarify that point. When two or more people disagree that is O K as long as they all understand each other. You may research your claim issue at the AMSA American movers association and they will support our stand on this. This is no different then if we delivered your goods to a self storage facility and nothing was noted as damaged and you subsequently moved or had them moved and you wish to claim damage on us it would be denied. No one expect any customer to open all their cartons upon delivery what is expected is for a customer to sign a receipt for the number of cartons and any cartons that are visibly damaged that is what any carrier HHG or Freight would require.Dont you feel even remotely that the damage could of been caused by you and your father in law in mounting the T V ? Sincerely [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] You were given the option of declared value coverage which would of cost you some $ or free coverage which you elected to take please look at the bill of lading you signed for cents per Lb per article which is why the claims people are offering you $

Aside from having this complaint posted, I would like to be compensated for at least part of the money I've spent on the rat removal The latest cost is $I cannot have the required repairs done or even be in the house until the rats are gone, and the decaying ones are mummified
There is a major health risk

I am rejecting this response because: we were not offered any type of coverageIf we had been we would have taken it The guys just said sign but did not explain anything or offer anything This was also not offered by the original sales person
Sincerely,
*** ***

The claim originally filed was for numerous items all taken care of except the claimant then wished to claim an additional night stand for $ as a good will gesture I offered him $ instead of accepting that he stated he was going to file a complaint regardless so I reneged on the good will
gesture as the claim was originally denied

First of all we are all so sorry that the relocation did not go well, the driver should of placed protective padding in the home to ensure no damage to the residence and if that wasn't done shame on him but I understand no damage occurred to the residence and we are thankfull for that.Regarding the
crushed cartons again we apologize we hope that even with those cartons apparently damaged that the contents were intact.I wish that you would have reached out to me before you decided to post with others as I pride myself in resolving complaints or service failures myself and feel free to still contact me if you wish *** *** ***PresidentReebie/Allied

Dear Ms*** *** ***:In response to your complaint #***, please see the enclosed Reply to Inspection Addendum to the Agreement of Sale that was signed by both the Buyer and the Sellers in this transaction. As you can see, there was electrical work that needed to be completed by the
seller as a result of defects found during the Home InspectionWhile negotiating the repair work the buyer agreed to pay the difference between the installation of a AMP service and a AMP service. When the seller was presented with the Reply to Inspection, he claimed that he was an electrician and would be able to do the work himselfOnce the work was completed and as the settlement drew near, the agent asked the seller several times for the receiptThe seller never provided one.At the settlement, once the closing was complete and over, the seller pulled many receipts out.Included in those were purchases for things such as wire crimpers, pliers and other tools that any electrician would own as part of their tool boxThe receipts totaled around $3,The difference in the cost of installing a AMP service to a AMP service is between $and $700.00, not $3,000.00.The buyer refused to pay it. Northwood Realty Service is not responsible for repair costs to a house as they are agreed upon between the buyer and the seller. The seller should pursue any payment that they feel is owed to them, from the buyer and not from Northwood Realty Services.Thank You,Mary Anne G***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:*** Van Lines (DBA Reebie Storage & Moving, *** Moving & Storage), more specifically it's owner, is taking advantage of this situation and providing no real solution for the consumer but to spend more money to either litigate or go to arbitrationFirst, the owner is providing a "canned response" to TV damage - this obviously is not the first time he has dealt with such a situation and this response is the same response he already provided to me I have been going back and forth with him and his team on this issue for more than a week now When I spoke with the owner on April 17, 2017, he acted clueless to the situation and had not received my various emails with details I had to resend him the emails to review Further, he provided no empathy and quickly stated that he did not feel they would pay for this claim Second, he knows I (and my father-in-law) was the one to put the TV on the wall and I assured him nothing was dropped He knows, as well as anyone, that a large inch LED TV is delicate and any slight drop can cause major damage To imply damage like this is "typical of damage from installation" is only his way of redirecting the blame on me and not him & his team Wouldn't a prudent and honest business man at least accept some fault and offer something? I even offered to drive over to his office and meet/review face-to-face, yet all he did was have his claims department send their standard denial claim Third, per the movers paperwork, they expect a consumer to inspect every item upon delivery to verify damage or no damage How is that possible? Most of the boxes I received had slight marks on them (even pushed in a bit) - I imagine like most moves - but I did not feel it was necessary to pick a part on the move paperworkObviously, nothing seemed major In the case of the TV, it was in a large, heavy box (packed by the movers - I paid extra for this) and there was no way to see damage to the bottom right hand corner without lifting the box/TV over my (and my father-in-law) head This is why the damage to the lower right hand corner was not seen until placed on the wall and TV turned on.In conclusion, I am stuck in a difficult place having spent $2,on a new TV 9-months ago that now has a damaged screen I paid additional money to both (1) have Reebie / *** Storage & Moving properly pack & move TV and (2) insure this TV and other expensive items ($in insurance paid) The owner will not even own up to $in damages, and rather pushes the issue back to me to go through Arbitration (at a minimum) which requires more money out of pocket I have already paid $4,for to them for the move / insurance, plus $tips to the movers & driver on the front and back end of the move I am pleaing with the local company (Reebie / *** Storage & Moving) or national affiliate (Allied) do right by my situation I am more than willing to meet in person to review - wouldn't it make sense for the movers to review the damage in person before a final conclusion is made? I sincerely hope this issue can finally be resolved and I am reimbursement for my TV Please stop taking advantage of the situation, do the right thing and show some empathy Thank You
Sincerely,
James Barnard

Re: Complaint #[redacted]Dear Ms. [redacted]:With regards to the complaint concerning the electrical county sticker for the main service box on the buyer's residence, it was ordered by the electrician that the sellers hired to complete the electrical work on the property. Real Estate companies are...

not responsible for ordering or paying for repairs to a property that they are marketing on behalf of a seller.Mr. [redacted], the county inspector, had been to the property prior to the closing to inspect the main service box. He had requested an additional repair and the hired electrician did complete the work. There had been a substantial amount of electrical work completed for the buyer and she did receive receipts for all of the electrical work completed. They were given to her agent at settlement and her agent should have given Ms. [redacted] copies. In the interim, the county inspector was requested to go back into the property for the final sticker inspection, but has not yet been back to complete the review. Mr. [redacted] did say he had tried to call Ms. [redacted], but could not get in touch with her.Ms. [redacted] has been to our office and also called the office several time after settlement. We then proceeded to call the electrician for Ms. [redacted] and also gave the electrician her telephone number. The electrician told us that he has had a rough time getting in touch with Mr. [redacted].As of May 7, 2015, we again called the electrician and he has said that he will keep attempting to call Mr. [redacted].We have attempted repeatedly to resolve and facilitate the final inspection issue with the buyer, however, we are not the electrician nor are we in control of scheduling for county employees.Sincerely,[redacted]General ManagerNorthwood Realty Services
