Ordered my shirt Feb 24 and still haven’t received it...I’ve called and left messages and no one calls back... I’ve emailed over 30 messages and when they answer they tell me there was a parcel problem but haven’t given me anymore information and they keep ignoring my request for a refund since I don’t even want the shirt anymore. They haven’t answered my messages since Monday and they are awful at customer service....I told them I was contacting Revdex.com and my bank to dispute and they still didn’t bother to reach out to help me
This NY shirt company must be a scam.
I ordered a shirt January 12. Here it is almost April and I have NOTHING to show for my money spent.
TERRIBLE company. I consider my $$$$ lost.No stars if I could....get you stuff together BEFORE you start up a company!
Horrible company. I ordered a shirt and after 2 months did not receive it and I moved and contacted the company to either cancel the order or change the address and instead they ignored my request and shipped it to the old address or at least the shipping says they did. But since it is a locked mailbox and I am no longer there I did not get the shirt. They stopped responding to my emails since. I notified them of my change of address a month before they shipped it. Just plain terrible company.
After 5 weeks of not receiving my order I tried to cancel and requested a refund to my *** via email. I received a response from "Sam" indicating my concern would be forwarded to the "Complaint" department, though one week later New York Shirt Company sent my order despite my request to cancel. I notified them again via email of my request to cancel, I refused delivery and have yet to see a refund to ***.
I ordered a shirt in January and received it in March. I ordered up one size. I received the shirt in March and it is so small it would fit a 10 year old. I asked to return for a larger size and was told I can't because each shirt is custom made. Their website states 100% Satisfaction & Return Policy. When I mentioned this in an email I was told they would give me 30% off another shirt. I stated I wanted them to honor their POLICY and I haven't heard back. Terrible company!
No stars! Spent 30 on a shirt only to get it in the wrong size s when asked for 2 or 3x shirt. Many calls have gone unanswered when I called and left my info. All calls go to a machine. Have called 3 times sent at least 4 emails. One answered by Sam like someone else stated and told me to send the order number and all info and send it back. The letter sent had all the info they needed I resent it again today and called and left another message. This is ridiculous this has been going on since right after valentine's day order was placed way before then. Shirt was shipped out of Florida. Do not by from this company they will just take your money!!!! I wanted to leave 0 stars but it makes you put atleast one this is just poor business!
Would not let me give the 0 Stars that they deserve! Do NOT order from this company! You will receive excuse, after excuse, after excuse for them not sending their product in a timely manner! They promise “FAST Insured Shipping. Zero Insurance Cost. 100% Money Back Guarantee.” Don’t believe it for a minute! Thankfully I used a credit card and have disputed the charge. My charge card company has credited my account, and the case has been closed in that respect. Of course, NYSC has gone ahead and finally shipped my order out (42 days later) even though I repeatedly told them I would reject anything they sent out. They went so far as giving me an incorrect tracking number for the package so that I wouldn’t be able to track it. I have not opened it and have sent it back marked “Return to Sender”. It may not even be what I ordered; it might someone else’s order because of the incorrect tracking number and all those still waiting for their orders! WARNING! Do not place an order or you will still be dealing with them six weeks later!
I ordered (3) January T-Shirts as gifts on January 5, 2019 and received them on March 2, 2019...when I open them, the (2) X-Large shirts were different in size, one was much smaller than the other and the (1) Large shirt was skin tight and I am not a large person, so I contacted the company and communicated with "Sam"....they requested pictures and I sent pictures and now they say since they were "custom" made for me, they cannot exchange them, even though the pictures show they are not sized right, but they would give me 30% off for replacements....I said "No" Thanks, you stung me once, please give me credit enough to know not to trust you again.....I received a response and now "Sam" says I can purchase replacement for $10.99 each, and again I said "No", why should they profit from their mistake....I am so disappointed and have never dealt with a company before that doesn't care about Quality Control or helping their customers...will never order from this company again. I believe they practice false advertising.
Is there a place to rate the company 1/2 star? The 1/2 star would be for the quick response I got when I purchased the shirts!
I placed my order Jan 9, 2019 for 2 March shirts (I would have never thought I wouldn’t have them by now) and still have not received the shirts, which one was a gift for a March Birthday party. They say they don’t mass produce which is why it is taking so long....really!! My shirts finally moved into shipping or I was told it had 3 weeks ago but still has not shipped.
This has been the worst online purchase experience I have ever had and NO shirts either!
And as you can guess...no refunds! AHHHH...
I ordered a shirt on Jan. 10,2019 so I would have it by my February birthday. It is now Feb 27th and I still have not received my order. Many failed attempts to call. Got a voice each time. At least 6 emails with the same automated response. I can't even cancel my order. Any suggestions on what to do next? Not happy in SC.
I ordered a February birthday shirt on January 10, 2019. The money was taken out of my account on January 11th. It is now February 26th, and I still have not received the shirt. When I emailed the company, I was told that I would receive an email when the shirt was shipped out. I haven’t heard from them again.

Stay away from company. They take your order, your money, and send excuse after excuse on why you do not receive order.
Zero stars I ordered and paid $20.98 0n Jan, 25, 2019 for a t-shirt , but still no shirt. I emailed but it says it’s being processed. Even if it ships soon, it will be 6 weeks. All lies on website. Do not order.
0 stars! Buyer beware! SCAM alert. They list the shirt as 50% off but then when you get to check out the cost is more. I still went ahead and ordered the 2 t-shirts because I thought it would be a great gifts. I placed the order and my card was charged on January 11th and I still have not received them. I have emailed multiple times and all I get is a very generic email back stating my order will ship soon. I sent an email that if they were not going to honor their product then they should refund my money and now they are trying to say it was a printing issue and they had to have them re-done. SMH! I cannot stand companies (people) that are allowed to get away with treating people dirty like this.
This is a horrible company and I will never order again or refer anyone. I ordered 2 shirts January5,2019 and did not received them until February 16, 2019. Each day I emailed about my shirts , someone name Sam comes back with an excuse everything from equipment failure to it takes time for quality work. Finally received the shirts , tried them on and did not fit , looked at the tag and it say pre shrunk shirts , okay what does that mean in a shirt and that was not told to me when I ordered. Sam told me that they can not refund or replace but THEY will give me 30% off to reorder my shirts, well SAM you don’t have to worry about a reorder or any other from me because I’m done with your bogus company and fake work ethics!
I ordered 2 tee shirts from them through ***. took my money out of bank account the same day. Have not received the shirts. Been 4 weeks. Didn't receive any e-mails except thank you for your order, I've tried to call many times all you get is answer machine saying leave your number and will call you back after they finish with customer on the line. they never return the call. scam I just want my money back. Will not order again.
I ordered 2 February shirts 1/24/19 and I have yet to receive anything no confirmation/tracking number. When I contacted the company I received a generic email saying it takes 2-3 weeks to process because the shirts are costumed made. I will NEVER order from them again if I ever get my February shirts I'm February will be over this company is a SCAM!!!!
I never received my product and after bringing my complaint to the companies website, I was given the runaround. They claim a 24/7 phone line and I was told I could not call. They advertise 100%satisfaction guarantee and refund but after several messages and repeatedly asking for a refund for a product never received, they said they could refund my money. Very dishonest!!
I ordered a shirt more than 3 weeks ago and I still have not received it. Contacted customer service and was told my order was still being processed and there are no refunds. Horrible Company.
New York Shirt Company is a fraud! Over charged and never delivered. Sam keeps saying that it takes time to make the shirt because they do such superior work - HA!! I've tried to cancel and they say the shirt is being processed and unable to cancel. Three weeks after I asked to cancel my order and still no shirt. SCAM!!
