In their response to my Revdex.com complaint they stated that they would refund my money, but they have yet to do so and I still haven't received any of the items I ordered from them
This company is a scam, set up to take advantage of Disabled VeteransOnce I purchased the items a couple weeks later they emailed me a postal delivery receipt number which indicated that the delivery would take place on march 7, 2016. Yet no delivery occurred and no follow up by the company to find out where the missing items were. So not only have I not received the items that I purchased on February 10, but I haven't received a refund either. This company take advantage of disabled Veterans by not sending them the items that they ordered but keeping their money anyway

I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved I have no received the refund as of yet, but will wait a few days to see if it shows up However, I do have to say that I have saved all of my emails from customer service and never once did they say that the pictures I sent them were unsatisfactory nor did they ask for another picture but if that makes them feel better to wait this long to properly respond to my many requests, then so be it Thank you for helping me in this situation

We got that confirmation and we already refunded the customer last May 3,

This can be verified with the us postal service. Both packages had the exact same weight verifying that there could not possibly had been 3 like items in the same package as the same of the one like item in the other package. Each package only contained one item. All I want is my missing items or refunded for the missing items.
