Hi [redacted],First of all I wanted to personally apologize for the delay on your order.I know how frustrating it can be to order something online just to have delays and not receive the item you were expecting.Essentially, our supplier for our leggings informed us recently that they had a major...

If the company does not issue a refund this complaint will not be resolved. Although they did indicate they were going to issue a refund I am not completely convinced. They also stated they were still sending the leggings complimentary but have sent me a separate email saying they have cancelled the order. Feel that they are just saying this to please the Revdex.com.

We have successfully refunded this order.  The customer did place 3 different orders from our website.
2 of the 3 were fulfilled.  The 3rd one for the item in question was indeed part of a glitch in our system
that never fulfilled that specific order....

 We do apologize for that and we are re-sending the item to thecustomer and offering them a full refund on that particular order for the mask (which we have already
processed as I type this).  
 
Sometimes glitches happen and we take responsibility for this order being lost as a result of that.  
 
We do hope this is resolved and are open to further communication with the customer.  If you would
like to see a screenshot of the refund we can also provide.  But, considering this is our first Revdex.com issue
ever ... we have no clue if the file will be publicly shown and do not want to expose any personal
information of the customers by uploading a photo of their order.

I have sent multiple emails stating the same thing. I received one of my three leggings, not two of the three leggings. I have also sent the picture of the legging that I received. I did not hear back from the company after that. TeeCoon recently refunded me $20.19. This is not even the price of one pair of leggings. The leggings were $35 a pair. I

that there was first an issue with our Fulfillment Company that preventedthem to have it delivered within 2 weeks and then there was the confusion on the shipping address as it shows a reduncyof information. The Order was made December 2, 2017 and processing/production takes 1-2 weeks and Delivery within1-2 weeks depending on location. We are profoundly sorry for the inconvenience.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.
