I ordered a pair of leggings back in January of this year and never received my order. I sent an e-mail telling them that I did not receive the order although I had received an e-mail that my order had been delivered. They responded by telling me to call the post office which I did and the post office told me the tracking number I had been provided was not valid. I ordered from them again July 22 because they had changed the Face Book advertisement so that it looked like a different company, then I received an e-mail saying it would take up to 6 weeks to receive my order (from Teehood). When I followed up 6 weeks later they told me to wait the 4 to six weeks I was told about in the e-mail. It has been 2 months now and still no produce, still no update, still no refund.

I am rejecting this response because:I was given this same response a week ago and was promised a tracking number and yet I still have nothing. It is a poor attempt at making believe this product is being shipped and this company continues to jerk me around. I have every email sent by Teehood and the first excuse stated that they didn't have enough interest to start making the leggings but now several months later it's an overwhelming response so the manufacture can't keep up. I think 4 months is plenty of time to have a product made and is a more than generous amount of time for me to wait for delivery. The promised delivery time was 20-25 business days, not 4 months. I also reject it based on the fact that I have written several times asking about the status of my order to which a BS response was given. If true customer service was given, this missed batch would have been found months ago. This just indicates that they were hoping the consumer would just give up and they pocket the money.

There has absolutely been a delay with the leggings, we sent an update to all buyers on December 14th informing them of the delay and offering a discount of 50% off of everything in our store (excluding leggings).  Also, this buyer's order was definitely placed on November 27th....

 Unfortunately, she's probably confused with another transaction as the leggings were not available for purchase until November 25th.  They were launched specifically for sale during Black Friday.  
Again, we do apologize for the delay and have made every attempt to keep clear communication with our buyers.

However because of the Holidays and some significant manufacturing issues, we experienced major delays in our shipping.  We informed all of our buyers in an email sent on December 14th which can be found here:

We have since rectified the situation and provided tracking numbers to all of our buyers.  We are continually working to resolve this issue and ensure it doesn't happen again.
We have notified her on her first Email on the 18th of December that shipping is 20-25 business days
Then we receive another Email on the 22nd of December and notify her again of this link http://www.teehood.com/pages/legging-update

We are an actual company with thousands of satisfied customers and transactions that happen every day.  The leggings are a new product category for us and since we've launched during the Thanksgiving holiday the response was OVERWHELMINGLY huge.  We are going to fulfill every single order....

 We have been working over night for weeks now establishing new relationships with more manufacturers to keep up with the awesome demand.  In an effort to keep clear lines of communication with our buyers, we issues an email detailing the delay to our current buyers and have offered buyers 50% off certain retail products in our store as consolation for the delay during the holiday shopping season.  Since then we've already added one manufacturer and are flying internationally to meet with 2 more this week.  
We do apologize for the delay and would appreciate patience while we address issues in our process to ensure this never happens again to our valued customers.

Sends wrong sizes for orders, no packing slip, invoice, return label provided but also no customer service number to contact with complaint...only an email after purchase that if there is a problem with order to respond to that particular email. It has been over a month since received order..have emailed company 7times with NO response
