I am rejecting this response because I did not receive an order number nor shipping number until the afternoon after I received this follow up response. They claim emails are sent at time of order that is completely false. I never received an email nor response until I started to publicly complaining through social media sources and file this complaint. I think this business is not legitimate and looks to take advantage of those individuals that don't keep tack of their orders or expenses. In my opinion they are using [redacted] to deceive others. 
I anticipate that because I filed a complaint and notified my credit card company of fraudulent activity that I will receive my order some year but don't anticipate it will be any time soon. Looking at reviews it appears many people have a difficult time getting service from this company. In my opinion further research should be conducted on this business.

The estimated shipping time for legging orders is 20-25 working days and We started selling our leggings on the 25th of November.
However because of the Holidays and some significant manufacturing issues, we experienced major delays in our shipping.  We informed all of our buyers in an email sent on December 14th which can be found here:

We have since rectified the situation and provided tracking numbers to all of our buyers.  We are continually working to resolve this issue and ensure it doesn't happen again.
We have notified him on his first Email on the 10th of December that shipping is 20-25 business days.
Then we receive another Email on the 29th of December and notify him again of this link http://www.teehood.com/pages/legging-update.

I am rejecting this response because:
On two separate occasions I was sent emails in response to my emails.  The first email (12/14/15) stated that my item had already been shipped and that I would receive an email with the tracking number. I still have not received an email with the tracking number in regard to this response from the company.  
The second email received on 12/23/15, stated that my item was being prepared for shipment and that the tracking number that was included in the email would be available for tracking but to wait 48 hours. This tracking number was still not valid as of my filing of this complaint nor have I received a final response in regard to this tracking number per their email to me on 12/28/15. (emailed for information on this on 12/15, 12/21 and lastly 12/28).   They cannot respond to me regarding the tracking number but can send me an email asking me about my satisfaction with their customer service.
At this time, I would just like a refund from this company that includes the purchase price and the shipping costs for a total of $34.94

We have notified her on her first Email on the 13th of December that shipping is 20-25 business days
Then we receive another Email on the 27th of December and notify her that we will verify the tracking number from our manufacturer.  Upon checking it was a valid tracking number, will soon update as soon as it arrive in the US from our overseas manufacturer.

We receive 6 emails from him and notified him that shipping is 20-25 business days

We already sent a tracking number and will soon be updated as soon as the item arrived at the US from our overseas manufacturer.

Good morning,
I would like to file a complaint in regards to this company and their poor customer service and non-delivery of products. I ordered this back in November of last year and here it is January and still nothing.
I ordered from this company named Teehood. And they claimed they delivered my items. I checked with the post office with the tracking number that Teehood provided me, and the Post Office is saying that the number is not in their system.
I have asked on numerous instances for an explanation, and to find out what happen to my order yet ask them for a refund, and they just keep sending me computer generated apology notice.
I would like to file a complaint in regards to all the complaints that are now online from various customers about there services, and their non-delivery of items. I have ordered from them before and they sent me a bracelet. But the other two items which were the leggings never came.
Please let me know what would be my next move as far as getting my items or my money back.

I am rejecting this response because: It has been a practice of teehood to make promises and not deliver.  Twice they have given me fraudulent tracking numbers and now they say they've never had the merchandise! I highly doubt I will ever receive anything based upon their integrity.  I have received a refund from my credit card company upon my request and wish to have no further dealings with this company.

BEWARE! This company is a complete scam. They have disabled their FB page. They heavily advertise during major sporting events, take your money and send you nothing. Do not do business with this company.

Since they are only offering one solution and not willing to refund my money, this is the only course of action that I can go with.
