[redacted] 2:PM (minutes ago)to me I have finally received a reply from tshirtsrock since I told them that I had filed a complaint to the Revdex.com Their reply is as follows:Hi ***You have had your credit forever now and have not used it When you want to use it use it In the meantime you've reported that the dispute was not resolved fraudulently and the Revdex.com has reported it as unresolved so our legal time will be handling this going forward I suggest you fix that and until fixed we are disabling the credit code.I have not received a credit code from them until I told them that I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com Apparently they have a credit code but never shared it with me or how to use the credit But I guess this is a lesson to be learned I'm dropping my complaint to tshirtsrock and undoubtedly will be very fortunate to actually receive a credit from themAnd perhaps unfortunately, the possibility of forfeiting $is better than $ Please notify tshirtsrock that I'm dropping my claim against them I give up, they win!Respectfully, [redacted]

Hello We do not issue refunds per our stated policies but we did issue a store credit for the two items that did not shipPlease have customer check his email and he may use the code at his convenience

Closed issue Customer was refunded yesterday for the shirts not received Her total is off as she is also deducting shipping We do not refund shipping and she was shipped the rest of the order Please have her check her bank records once it posts in a few days and then close this case Was attempting to explain the banking system to her but she seems to think you press a button and the funds are back in your bank account Would have been solved long time ago but apparently her underage daughter accessed her credit card to place this order and was having difficulty communicating about it We have passed this info on to her card holder as they take fraud seriously and she was not of the age to utilize this credit card

HelloWe have been in communication with this buyer The products he has attempted to order are essentially on hold right now as the manufacturer is on a hiatus We have reissued the store credit and he can reorder but we ask that he does not place an order for an item from this same manufacturer because we have no date of when he will be back up and running and shipping orders We have reset his credit

Per previous conversations refunds go through the banking system We have absolutely no control over how long it takes You will receive the refund but you must patiently wait as the banking system goes to work like everyone else Its been processed on our end so in due time it will arrive

We had previously communicated with this buyer after he tried claiming items were not received *** decided in our favor so he is now attempting other outlets as a last resort These were shipped back in April and should definitely have been received by now We do not issue
refunds per our policies but if he truly did not receive these please have him contact us and we can issue a store credit once he closes this frivolous filing Thank you

This order has already been cancelled.  Customer was emailed and informed of a backorder and told the item is scheduled to arrive and ship the 3rd week of the month.  She then made personal threats and acted like a complete [redacted] so we preferred to just cancel the order and she can take...

her business elsewhere and act like a [redacted] with someone else.  Please have her never contact or shop with us again.  Thank you.

This buyer is clearly lying again.It was received and signed for at her location.  The USPS Has confirmed this and tracking info for

Customer placed this order and the moment it shipped sent an email to us stating she wanted to cancel it.  We informed her that we do not cancel orders but can issue a store credit if she returns.  We have not received it back and she is now claiming it wasn't received.  We filed a...

claim with the usps on Thursday and are awaiting there response.  If it's deemed truly lost we will order the shirt again and ship it to the customer.  We do not issue refunds on shipped merchandise as we previously explained to this customer.  In the meantime this customer has attempted to fraudulently use others to bad mouth our company with inaccurate slanderous comments on various websites.  Our legal team is aware of this and has notified the social networks and websites that they were posted on and they are working with us to eliminate these fake posts and accounts.  Our legal team will be contacting the customer regarding this.  If the usps seems lost we will replace her item.

This tracking number shows that this item was shipped from PA on 7/16/14 which clearly shows this was the second delivery.  Furthermore, this was not signed for by me but rather by someone named [redacted] (look at your own tracking information).
I am accepting the response to be done with this matter with this company.  I am satisfied that there was a complaint filed against them and their practices.
