I am rejecting this response because:I feel it is not good business to call customers [redacted]es because they filed a complaint on your company. The company never sent any responses to my emails regarding shipping or tracking of my items. They in fact, cancelled my order after I told them I would contact the Revdex.com, and let others I know that this company was very SHADY. I feel like the company took my money with no intentions of sending my merchandise. After I received the emailing calling me names and telling me my order was cancelled I replied back with when I could expect a refund and the company has failed to respond. I just want my money back, I have no interest in waiting for my items, I have interest in shopping with this company ever a again. 
I will take my business to a company that treats customers with dignity and respect.

I am rejecting this response because:One, they mistakenly thought that my daughter was unauthorized to use this card. It is her account and I am a joint account holder with her. I explained this to them yesterday and they still seem to think she is unauthorized. This is false and reporting it as fraud is ok. They can verify with the bank to see who is the account holder. 
Two, they need to refund my shipping as they failed to ship the order. 
I will check the account in a few days to see that the appropriate amount was credited.

HelloWe have been in communication with this buyer.  The products he has attempted to order are essentially on hold right now as the manufacturer is on a hiatus.  We have reissued the store credit and he can reorder but we ask that he does not place an order for an item from this same...

manufacturer because we have no date of when he will be back up and running and shipping orders.  We have reset his credit.

close this case.  Was attempting to explain the banking system to her but she seems to think you press a button and the funds are back in your bank account.  Would have been solved long time ago but apparently her underage daughter accessed her credit card to place this order and was having difficulty communicating about it.  We have passed this info on to her card holder as they take fraud seriously and she was not of the age to utilize this credit card.

Review: I paid for 6 t shirts from this company, and have only received 4.....originally ordered in April, teeshirtsrock.com assure me that the remaining 2 shirts are on their way, but have not been able to provide me with proof like a receipt that they would have to show that the shirts were shipped. They have told me that sometimes it may take as long as 45 days to receive shirts but we are going on 5 months now and teeshirtsrock.com has done nothing to prove to me that they will be here or give me a refund.Desired Settlement: The shirts to be sent with proof of shipping or a full refund including 1/3 of the shipping cost (as nothing has been sent.)

We have updated you on this consistently. The two missing shirts were shipped on 6/7. At this point if you really truly did not receive them we will file a claim with the USPS as even with first class mail it seems too long. We will go and file the claim now. In the meantime feel free to utilize Gift Certificate Code [redacted] for the two missing items. You were not charged additional shipping for those two items as its based on order value. We do not issue refunds. If the claim does come back as being delivered we will cancel the code or you will need to return the additional items you order with the code.

We had communicated this previously with you [redacted] so please read the emails we contacted you with so you can familiarize yourself with this.

We had previously communicated with this buyer after he tried claiming items were not received. [redacted] decided in our favor so he is now attempting other outlets as a last resort. These were shipped back in April and should definitely have been received by now. Review: I first placed an order on 1/25/2014 and didn't receive my product in the 30 days guaranteed. I was not contacted regarding the delay. THey would not refund my money or honor their own refund policy. After 4 months they gave me a store credit. That order was cancelled by them claiming out of stock. I placed another order on 6/30/2014 and have yet to receive the product as of 60 days later. Review: the company in question has accused me of theft, they sent my product and personal info to another customer of theirs, they stated that they sent me another persons product by mistake, they told me they would not give me my product until I call fix their problem with USPS, here is a copy of what they sent me including a piece about the guy they sent my personal info to.

[redacted] Your not suing us. Theres nothing to sue us for and take it from a lawyer no lawyer is taking a $30 tee shirt case and defending you of not committing mail fraud.

We know about [redacted]’s order [redacted]. We are already handling that and fortunately he happens to be a nice guy with some class and not a thief. Can’t say the same about you.

When you account for the order you received, we will then get you the proper shirt. So either claim up to it or get to the post office with the tracking number and ask the USPS what they did with your order. No need to write back just do the right thing and fix this so we can fix your order. We are done with you and the USPS can investigate this.

I ordered a family member a shirt for his birthday, and selected the first class shipping option. Today was day number 16 since the shirt was ordered. I contacted the company to ask about my order. They informed me that it has not been sent yet and will probably not be sent for another week at the earliest. They also stated that they have a thirty day period after any order is placed before they are responsible for sending it out. This information was never given to me at the time of purchase (in fact, I feel that it was knowingly withheld).

Essentially, I ordered a birthday gift that should've arrived within a week and it will not arrive for at least 36 days.

Customer service's email was also incredibly passive aggressive. Had I received an apology or a promise of refund, I could've forgiven the fact that the company has a misleading policy on shipping. However, the email I received was worded in a way that made the customer feel at blame. Because this company cannot own up to their own shortcomings or take responsibility for their poor service, I will not be doing business with them in the future.

Nothing about this process was good.Desired Settlement: I would either like for the item to be sent to me in the allotted 6-8 days that were agreed upon. Since the company has already exceeded the time they have been given, I would like my product and a refund.

These were purchased in April. This company told me that they would contact USPS regarding possible lost package and get back to me. No proof has been provided as to whether the shirts were sent or not. This is a repeat claim on a case already closed and is ridiculous. A claim was filed with the postal service and they reported no issues with delivery up to the point of Canadian customs. So customer either DID NOT pay his duties or respond to messages for him to pick up the parcel or he received it. It is not our responsibility to pay duties.

Review: Placed and paid for via [redacted] an order for a T shirt on 5/6/14. Never received it. Emailed on 6/3 requesting a refund and was told I would only get a store credit. To get that store credit I have to receive the item and then send it back. I emailed again on 6/5, 6/11, 6/16 and 6/24 stating that I never received the item. On 6/24 the company told me that it had been delivered to my PO, but when I looked at the tracking number it clearly showed that the order had not come anywhere close to my area. Customer placed this order and the moment it shipped sent an email to us stating she wanted to cancel it. We informed her that we do not cancel orders but can issue a store credit if she returns. We have not received it back and she is now claiming it wasn't received. We filed a claim with the usps on Thursday and are awaiting there response. If it's deemed truly lost we will order the shirt again and ship it to the customer. We do not issue refunds on shipped merchandise as we previously explained to this customer. In the meantime this customer has attempted to fraudulently use others to bad mouth our company with inaccurate slanderous comments on various websites. Review: ordered a short from this site on Nov 21st and paid for Priority shipping
as od today Nov 26th the shirt has not been shipped and the online account says the order is still in the "order received" stage
I need the shirt for this weekend so I emailed and requested a specific ship date for the shirt
the customer service department cannot give me a ship date, instead saying it might be shipped sometime next week
I then asked them to cancel the order since clearly it has not been processed as they cannot verify a shipping date for the goods
