I ordered my product and paid extra for immediate printing and shipping with tracking number. Day 10 and my item still hasn’t been printed and/or shipped. I called several times and they keep telling me they have escalated my order, I called today and find out they have never escalated my order and their idea of immediate is 10-15 business days. They have no idea why my item hasn’t printed and shipped and cannot tell me when I will receive my item.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Last time I called I was promised by Adam that my order would be printed and shipped no later than today (May 7, 2019). Well I just got off the phone and guess what, my item is still delayed at the printer. Funny there was no delay taking my money. I asked for a supervisor but because I speak a English there is no one I can talk to to try to get my issue resolved. All supervisors only speak French and there is only 1 individual on staff at a time that speaks English. Is it unreasonable for a consumer to want the merchandise they have paid for? JUST FULFILL MY ORDER, SIMPLE AS THAT! How can a company operate if there is no way to communicate with customers that speak a different language? I want my item, that is all I am asking for!

Last week I cancelled an order I placed a Teezily. Teezily had not trouble cancelling the order but will not give my money back. Always check a company out before you give them your money.

I ordered a “his and her” matching t shirts and only received the “his” shirt and not hers. When I called them I spoke with Adam at the New York location. He said he will not send me out her shirt and will not refund me my money nor take a return. I repeatedly asked for a supervisor to which he said that there wasn’t one and maybe if I call back in a few hours I could speak to one. Horrible customer service. So now I’m stuck with a t shirt that means nothing without the matching “hers” shirt and they have made absolutely no attempt to remedy the situation.

O-STZ8B => 1 X Round neck T-Shirt Woman navy M, not yet delivered

We have contact the customer to propose a reprint of the non delivered order, considered lost.

I ordered a Christmas Ugly Sweater for my husband and I on 12/1/18. Teezily emailed me advising that the package shipped around 12/14/18. A week later I checked the tracking information and it reflected that the shipper was notified of shipment but never received to ship.I have been inconstant contact with the CUstomer Service via Email since then and have received the run around. I finally remembered that I processed payment through PayPal and opened a dispute. Once I opened the dispute, Teezily Customer Service started emailing my personal email asking to verify my shipping address. I asked them to confirm what they had on record and to no longer contact me through email and to contact me through PayPal claims. The still to this day, 1/14/19 are emailing my personal after telling them 2x to not email me directly.Oh and you guessed it.STILL NO UGLY SWEATERS over a month later.
EMAILS BELOW FOR PROOF!! FRAUDSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!
PayPal has approved my refund! Thank God for their service!

They sent the wrong product and we have been trying to reach the company for months. They charged our credit card $66.90 to Teezily NYC

Hello,

The customer querie is being treated by our ce. The customer couldn't inform the order number and wouldn't cooperate to give us informations that would allow us to identify the purchase. Our customer care team was abble to do so and is in contact wiht the customer to propose a solution. The customer received the product as purchased but it doesn't fit. Our customer care team is waiting for his feedback (last email sent yesterday) and will proceed with an exchange or refund

I am not impressed with Teezily at all! I ordered a plush toy product that took over two months to deliver, bearing in mind our Canada Postal strike. I received just days before Christmas and was originally delighted. I then put batteries in the plush toy and found that it did not work. I have sent 5+ emails with no results. I have been asked to send a picture of what is wrong with the product, how do I do this????? I did take a picture of the product with packaging to send for verification of purchase. It also arrived without documentation or a shipping slip. Now I am being told it has been forwarded to their production manager for review.
What review? Return my funds immediately is what I have been requesting. Will never purchase anything from this company again and will tell as many individuals as possible. How can we stop these scams and canadian dollars going to China?!

I order a sweatshirt on December 8th. It shipped December 14th and I still have not received it. I have sent numerous emails with the same auto generated respond asking me to verify my mailing address.

Hello,The order has been refunded and the customer informed.

I found that one of my designs from my online store was being used commercially without my permission and filed a report, a week later nothing happened and the design was still up. So I contacted them on Facebook about the Copyright issue over a span of three days and still no response from them as well as reporting the store and user in question.

I purchased this t-shirt that was shared by another Veteran of our former unit (USMC) that had our MWSS-272 logo and established dates on it. I ordered the shirt and then looked closer at the dates and they 1969 and not 1985 when the unit was actually established. I informed the company to cancel my order and give me the $27.00 back. They informed me that they would not and I was stuck with this fradulent shirt. I imformed them that I was filing with the Revdex.com, the Attorney General, and notifying MWSS-272. Teezily did not reply until I notived a shipping statement which informs me that they do not care of their business, their customers, nor the U.S. Military or the U.S.A.

On Dec 5 I placed order number *** and got confirmation of my order on the 6th. Dec 12,I received an email that my order was shipped and I would receive it in 2-6 working days depending on my local carrier. As of today, Dec 24, I have still not received my order. This is extremely disappointing as it was a Christmas gift for my husband. I attempted calling the company to request a tracking number that was not provided and was on hold for over 30 minutes listening to the same recorded message over and over, never to actually speak with anyone. I then sent an email to which the reply I got was that it was indeed shipped on the 12 and a request for my address to confirm it was correct. I did reply back via email and still have received no response to that. If I am not going to receive my order, I would like a full refund for the product.

I cannot get in contact with the company, and on their website it says it takes 2-6 days to deliver an order, and its been a month since shipped. I reviews about the company and it seems that they have false advertising and often dont deliver products. They also offer no refund so I cant even get my money back.

On Sept. 19, 2018, I ordered a t-shirt from this company and paid them $32.10 through my *** account. I never received my shirt. I have contacted them several times via email and phone with no satisfaction.

I placed order no. O-9X1CL on April 18, 2018 and received notice of shipment on April 24. As of today, I have yet to receive my order. I contacted the company on June 5 to inquire about the missing product and only received a repeat of it having been shipped out and asked me to confirm the delivery address which I did by return of e-mail on June 7, 2018. I asked for the order to be refunded as it clearly was lost in transit. The item was shipped from France, which I only found out after having inquired about delivery.

It's been 6 months and I have yet to see the shirt or the refund.

I ordered a Tee shirt from Teezily and when the shirt arrived the color is all wrong. I ordered a shirt that has a blue center and when it arrived it has a black center. I thought maybe the ink ran out on there color. I called the company and they told me to send
them a pic of the shirt. I sent the photo of the shirt and they told me they see no issue with the shirt and that it is not faulty. I said how can black shirt that is suppose to be blue not be faulty. sending the wrong color shirt is one thing but having a poor
attitude is unacceptable. I have photos of the order and the shirt, I would be more than happy to send them to you.
