They were great and maintained contact the entire process. I did my research on this company before I placed a order with them and everything checked out with other peoples good experiences. I needed to ship a car from CA to FL. I got many quotes online, but only this company called me in a timely and professional manner. My vehicle was shipped within a week, no hassle. I travel this route often, and this is my first time using transport king, and I will make sure to use them again now that I see how they work and how much money they saved me. In the past, the whole ordeal was close to 800 bucks, this time it was closer to 600! I was one happy traveler.
Wow- I'm impressed. I live in a tiny town in Cali, and [redacted] was able to get me a driver on the day I requested for a minimal cost. He made me aware that my small town was off the freeway quite a bit, and that it would be more difficult than normal CA routes, but he came through like a champ. The dispatcher was courteous and the driver was professional. My car showed up with no dents or scratches, and it showed up on time. The driver even gave me courtesy calls before pick up and deliver so I'd know to expect him. All around 5 stars!
I needed my cars transported and had TKAL setup my transport. The manager there asked me to share my experience. I have no complaints with there service. [redacted] had a driver lined up quickly to meet my deadline with his standard shipping. Within 1 day the driver was picking up my cars. At delivery I paid the driver, he unloaded and that was it. I am glad I ewnt with them.
I needed my car shipped quickly, so when I called transport king, I was impressed. They tried to save me money and then when it came to crunch time, I upgraded. the driver showed up on the day I wanted, and I didn't have to pay much.
I got exactly the service I purchased and picked up in timley manner. I can say from my experince with this company they picked up when they said they would and deliveried by the estamed time they gave me. I call several times to confirm and speak to them about my questions and each department I call answered quickly. Very impressive customer service. I would rate them highly on my list of good business!

When I searched online for ways to get my Bug over to school, I was flooded with emails and phone calls. [redacted] stood out cuz he was so pro. He like, KNEW everything! The price was right and my car got there only one day late cuz of the storm.

I ship around 15 cars a month with [redacted] at Transport king and Logistics. I pay them a deposit and pay the rest Cash or check on delivery. Every shipment I am happy with [redacted]'s service and its worth paying them to ship my cars. I have used them now since 2009 and will keep working with Transport King and Logistics. Just thought I would share my experience.

I am hard to impress, but these guys have done it. I moved my SUV from chicago to houston, and they handled everything superbly. The guy on the phone was friendly and didn't waste any time. He quoted me their best price, fully insured door to door service, and explained the different levels of shipping. After I chose the one that worked best for me, he made sure I had customer service's phone number with the instructions to call with any questions. I didn't even have time to call, dispatch called me three days later telling me a driver would be there the next day. The driver was extremely polite, calling me Sir and so on. We did a walk through before and after he delivered it. Nothing damaged, nothing happened. I left feeling very happy and satisfied.
Had my car shipped and everything went the way it should, I like the way Dustin helped me and I already refered my brother who will be needing transport. Company was Honest and timley.
Very easy company to deal with. Customer service hours are odd for where I live so they're hard to get ahold of. But the agents are very smart and know everything about the industry. they provide exactly what they say they do, so make sure to purchase the level that actually gives you what you want. very straightforward company, no hidden agendas.

I have shipped my car over 3 different times and transport king was the best experience I have ever had and I will have them transport my car again when I need shipping. I have a unique vehicle- a large large jeep that's ex-military, and I needed it moved. I was so frustrated with other companies, I was about to drive it myself. I decided to give this one a shot and they actually came through. Yes, it cost more, but they explained the process and once I understood it all I was happy to pay up. They got me a driver within a week and it took just slightly over a week to drive it over. I'm very very happy with the results.

Nothing bad to say... They got my car to the college easily and on time. They didn't cost too much, and they were easy to get a hold of.
