I moved from NY to FL last week. I was really nervous because the last auto shippers scammed me. Transport King and logistics emailed me what appeared to be an automated email with quotes of different levels. I chose the middle ground as I wanted to save money but I also wanted my vehicle moved quickly. They found me a driver within a day. The driver apparently called and said that he had a malfunction of some sort, so they had to reschedule. Transport king found me another driver two days later, and I didn't even have to be there when the driver picked up my car! It was all very efficient and professional.
I have been through several rounds of rescheduling, surprise cost increases with other companies. Not With transport King, it was worrie free, a set it and forget it with one phone call. I placed the order and then they just gave me a call once a driver was scheduled to pick up my vehicle. Additionally, they charged a little less than what was regularly quoted. A seamless operation with a few days notice to prepare pick up and delivery times. The drivers they booked were very prompt and kept in touch with me throughout their journey. Reliable all around, I'd definitely recommend these guys to others.
I was looking to move my car after I graduated on a budget that still would move without taking months like when I moved to Chicago for school. I went without a car for two months while that company gave me the run around. Anyway, [redacted] was my agent, he explained everything and we settled on a price. It took only a few days after that for the driver to show up, and I was only without a car for the duration of the transport. I didn't break the bank, and I didn't have to transportation-less.
Adding my review when I shipped with them. Reasonable prices and good honest people make it easy. I Paid, I waited till the driver showed up, and Delivered. It was simple as simple gets. They followed up wiith me after each step. Called me giving me options and put me the customer first.
I would highly recommend this company to all my associates and family. Amazing service from the entire staff, and drivers. After placing my order the vehicle was dispatched the very next day, which is rare in this type of business. It was refreshing to actually have peace of mind my car was being handled professionally.
