In May 2019 I requested to close my tel3 international calling account because my wife's mother died and she no longer needed to call international with their service. I had originally put $75 into the account.It works the same as EZ Pass *** the automatic refill when it gets low. However, there was still $55.10 in the account when I cancel . I was told that there was no refunds and that I should use the phone service to use up the money..I wrote back to them in August 2019 stating that I would file a complaint to the FCC, FTC, Revdex.com, and the Florida US Att.Gen.on Consumer Fraud. It was then that a representative (Tony Hernandez) emailed me with an approval of the refund and stated that it would be XX-XXX days. In mid-November, I contacted Tel3 again and they stated that my account (XXXXXXXXXX) was closed and the matter ended.. I emailed them again and they seem to have completely refused to answer my queries. They did send an email requesting my opinion of the customer service.. This company has another address of: 1250 E. Hallendale Beach Blvd. PH 1 Hallendale Beach, Fl. XXXXX and they have two phones which they never answer: XXX-XXX-XXXX and XXX-XXX-XXXX. They have used two separate ticket numbers of: XXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXX...These people are playing games because they do not wish to return my money in the account. All I am asking is that they repay me my unused funds that were still in my account. Can you help me ?

Desired Outcome

I wish for them to refund me my unused amount of $55.10 that is my money and is in the account. I was a good customer and this is how they repay loyalty. They figure since I am in another state, that there's nothing I can do about it. An apology would be nice too

A check in the ampiny of $58.10 was mailed to *** Kuch on December 5, 2019. We also called and left a message for Mr kuch that the check was being mailed. May we request that Mr Kuch be notified by your office and hopefully he will confirm receipt. I am fairly positive that I also responded to Revdex.com, Thank your for your patience.

Tel3 finally sent me a check to pay me back the money. No comments with the check. Very rude and inconsiderate company but I think you letter to them convinced them to act. Thank you very much

They deactivated my account without giving warning. My account had over $75 which I have no access to use. contacted them several times . no avail.
Over a month ago, I tried to place an international call using their service. My account "was not active". Tried to call customer service (!?) , was told to wait two days and some one from their office will contact me because my account was not active for a long time, they deactivated it, without giving me any warning. No one has contacted me for couple of weeks. Called customer service (!?) again. Was told to wait few of days and try my account again. More than a week later, my account was still not active. I have about $75.00 in my account that I cannot access or use. I called again. stayed on the line (on hold, waiting for the next available representative for over an hour, then the disconnected me. have no idea of what is going on???? If this is a business practice of this company, , as it appears from the numerous complains and bad reviews on the web, it means that we are dealing with a dishonest company, praying on the unsuspected old people.

Desired Outcome

I demand that this company return the balance of my account that they stole from me.

Called *** and activated his expired account.m Advised that he need to place a call todayto keep the account active and he said he would do that. He was ok with this on the call

This company's service is unavailable. Cannot reach them by phone or email.
This is a calling card company. I have $41 in my account with them but am unable to use their service to make international phone calls. Attempts to reach them by phone result in being put on hold, then disconnected. Attempts to email them generate an automated response saying they will get back to me in 24 hours, but there has been no further communication from them. Their website provides no address so I am not sure where they are located.

Desired Outcome

I wish to receive a refund of the $41 remaining in my account with Tel3.

Business stated that they will be sending the consumer a check in the amount of $41.42

Company refused to talk to me about my account, claimed that in my wife's name. When I called back the next day, their voice mail hangs up on me.
When I called to asked why my account was not working and I could not log in, the representative told me that he could only speak with my wife, even though I had set up the account and paid with my credit card for the time on it.

When I called back the next day, the company's phone line kept me on hold for a few minutes and then stated, "Hanging up." This happened three times in a row, when I called back. The "Support" option on the company's web page leads to a non-existent web page error message.

Desired Outcome

I want the company to contact me and repair my account, so it again will work. I would also appreciate a $10.00 or greater credit to my account, because of all the time I have wasted on this issue.

Although I have not received any credit for all of my frustration, wasted time, etc., the account does seem to be working properly and I will consider this matter closed.

Tel3 has refused to refund me $25.00 requested since March 9th, 2019.
On March 9th 2019 I purchased $25.00 of long distance time from Tel3. I requested a refund the same day. I was told to expect the refund in 15 days from March 9, 2019. I have called several times to ask for my $25.00. To date I have not received the refund.The phone number associated with this complaint is XXX-XXX-XXXX.

I need to be refunded $25.00.

Tel3 international calling ripping off people of their Account Balance
Tel3 deactivated my account while I'm having a balance over $25.00 claiming that I did not place an international call within a year, this is rip off. The company did not send txt or e-mail warring that my account will be deactivated and will lose my account balance dollar amount if I do not make an international call. However they keep sending txt and e-mail about promotion for an account they already deactivated. They wait without announcing to rip people off their account balance dollars amount. With busy people like my self I would not remember to make just international call that I do not need it.

I need a refund of my account balance and or activate my account with the balance I'm having with Tel3 international calling

Mr. account has been activated. sent him an email and phone message, email:Dr. ***, Your account has been re-activated and we are sorry for the inconvenience. However to keep the account from going back to the expired status we need for you to place a call with Tel3 and connect to your party. The call can be a local call to a friend our to another phone. Once the call is connected the account will not expire for 12 mths of non usage. I left you a message . If you can't today we will reset it at your convenience. Thank you

I responded to you previously and stated that I was overseas, and will be back home on August 03. On August 04 I tried to make a call per Mr. e-mail (Dear Dr. ***,

Numbers used to make calls are not working.
The phone numbers used to make calls with this prepaid service are no longer working. Most of the time I am getting a busy signal on all three numbers which are: XXX-XXX-XXXX, XXX-XXX-XXXX & X-XXX-XXX-XXXX or a number is not currently in service.Their customer service phone number is always busy as well. I have contacted them numerous times (almost daily) via their website. Most replies have been try your number again, contact us again if you have any more issues. Also there was one response that said we are having technical issues, please be patient.

Cancelled service Oct. 2 2018 because if multiple service issues calling phone numbers in Turkey. Tele 3 was unable to resolve calls with one way transmission.
Was told a refund ($ 146 ) would be within 90 days. Calls to the service number ( *** and XXX XXX XXXX ) as of 3-1-2019 have produced no results. Still waiting for a refund of the balance in my closed account.

After service cancelled in June due to move I have not received the refund for the balance left on the account about $25.00.
I had to cancel service due to move and called Customer Service. It was told to me that the refund takes 90 days that was already weird. After not receiving the refund in 90 days I started to e-mail Customer Service. Since then I just got promises and weird e-mails about closing the issue when no refund was received still after 5 months.I have all the e-mails saved. This was a prepaid service and about $25.00 left on the account when I cancelled service.

I want to get the refund for the amount that left on the account when cancelling service.

The service is terrible, customer service does what they can... I cancelled my account and after 6 months still no refund

I was denied service for no good reason after I spent many hours to sign up online and my order went through OK with a valid credit card.
I spent many hours to sign up online, my order went through OK with a valid credit card and I spent A LOT of time to set up my calling features in my account online. I was ready to start using the service. Then I received an e-mail that I could not be verified (even though my credit card and all my info is valid and I have an excellent credit rating in the top 10%). I called their customer service, spent a lot of time with a supervisor and I was told that they could not find me in public databases, therefore they could not provide service to me!!! I told them to check with credit rating agencies, my credit rating is excellent. I also rent an apartment and pay all my bills on time (which can be verified) They said they only use public databases. I asked the top management to contact me and to solve this issue, nobody ever got back to me. I was never ever denied service anywhere else and I have perfect payment history. The manager on the phone was not helpful at all and was kind of rude. She said there was nobody there who could help me.

I wasted MANY HOURS of my time trying to solve this. This is NOT a problem of my credit card not being valid. There is absolutely nothing wrong with me or my information. Their customer service is terrible.

Resolve this problem and allow me to use a service.

She fully understood and explained why we received the results that we had during verification. She was pleased that we activated the service on her account.
