HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! NO ONE HAS ANY IDEA WHAT'S GOING ON. I have spoken to 5 different reps about my order and no one has any idea whats going on with it. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. They will never get my business again.

$14.99 but our Service Fees increase the closer it gets to a Major Holiday, like Mother's Day. That is why the customer was charged $19.99 for the Service Fee.

I ordered flowers for my wife on our 21st wedding anniversary. I wanted to make it special but it was a disappointing experience. The flowers did not get delivered until 6:30 PM and the quality was unacceptable. I compared the photos of what I ordered and what I received and there was no close resemblance with it. It looks like they gathered the wilted flowers and made a bouquet out of it. I spent $67.00 on it and I could have been better off getting a 20 dollar bouquet at a local grocery store.

I ordered flowers and they sent the wrong product. They also skimped on the flowers. It looked nothing like what we requested. Teleflora refused to fix the issue by resending the correct order and/or refused to refund all of my money.

recipient's address. [redacted] is requesting a 100% full refund ($204.92) and wants to keep the arrangement that was delivered.Research regarding this complaint shows that Teleflora has refunded 50% ($102.46) of the purchase price and the recipient kept the
arrangement. There was no complaint about the value or quality of the arrangement.While we feel a refund of
50% and keeping the quality product is sufficient, we have additionally reached out to the filling
florist to inform them of the complaint about the

I submitted an online order on July 23, 2015 for same day delivery, put in the recipients address to confirm it was within service area and made my payment. On July 24, 2015 the delivery had yet to been made. I called and was told the florist expected to deliver was not open and they made a new delivery date of July 25, 2015 and they were going to use a different company. The evening of July 25th rolled around and there had yet to be a delivery once again. I spoke to Juanita on the 26th and she said it had been delivered and she was going to get a varification from the florist on who signed for it and when. Juanita stated I would get a call from Teleflora on July 27th with this information. July 27th after lunch time I still had not received a call so I took it upon myself to call. Another girl answered my call this time and she would handle this herself. That in fact what Juanita told me was wrong and there was no delivery. I called Teleflora back that afternoon to see what had happened and I got Juanita on the phone again. This time she informs me that no florist deliver to the area of Las Vegas I needed. This could had been taken care of when I entered the recipients address on July 23rd and not given the RUN AROUND and continued to be LIED to. I had a very important delivery for a dear friend of mine to make her birthday special. Teleflora made this the worst experience I have ever had with an online delivery service. I was promised to get a 50% off next time I made a delivery (never got that email coupon) and refund. That's great and all but they did not do what they should had done in the frost place and made the delivery

I ordered flowers from Teleflora.com based upon an AMEX offer connected to my credit card. The order was placed for delivery to my parents on 4/9/2016. Teleflora sent a confirmation e-mail at 2:15 EST on 4/9/2016 stating the flowers were "hand-delivered." So around 3:30 PM EST called my parents to confirm receipt... no flowers. I spoke to Juno from Teleflora and was informed delivery times for Saturday are until 5PM EST. Called customer service at 6:15PM EST and office was closed, "please call back during business hours". Frustrated I re-dialed and picked the option to "order flowers".... bingo.... I got a live person. This Teleflora representative tried to contact the local florist, but no one answered his called. After a few minutes on hold, Teleflora said Sunday delivery was possible in the area, but not guaranteed and the next delivery date would most likely be Monday, 4/11. How does that help when their anniversary is 4/10? Why are hand-delivery confirmation e-mails being sent when the items are NOT being delivered? After much irritation, I canceled my order and a refund e-mail has been received. Lets see if they grant the refund now. First and last time using Teleflora.com. Also I'm sort of taken back AMEX would promote such a business.... BUYER BEWARE

Horrible.. . my husband ordered flowera for me before I leave town for 2 months trying to be sweet. Got the flowers at work, we both work for the same company and he was embarrassed. The flowers were supposed to be roses in the shape of a heart surrounded by babies breath, looked absolutely beautiful in the photo. I received maybe 12 carnations, half of them were dead and smushed. The were not in the shape of heart they were just thrown in a vase. My husband called to see what the company would do and they refused to do anything more than a 50% refund. I didnt even get what was ordered, he paid over 70$ for 12 carnations...absolutley absurd and the company could have cared less. Highly suggest taking your busineas elsewhere... Photos give false advertisement

In regards to this complaint, the florist attempted the delivery 4 different times and tagged the door asking the recipient to call them regarding their floral gift. The florist also left several message on the recipients phone asking...

them to call them regarding the delivery. The florist did make the delivery on 5/13/15 at 2:15pm and left it at the front door and since the customer did not give the florist their permission to leave the arrangement, I have issued the customer a full refund in the amount of $44.94 on 5/2/15. I have also emailed the customer the refund as well.
