A business cannot simply say I was a customer because they feel like it, or sent me free samples. Otherwise, I would be a "customer" of every business that sent me coupons in the circular. Furthermore, on the first time I received a call from Telestart, I informed them of all this and asked to be placed on a Do Not Call List, so they were not ignorant of these facts before I filed this complaint with the Revdex.com. Thank you.
