Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
RE: ID [redacted]I received Tel-Start Corporation's response to my complaint. Since I hadn't answered their calls and they hadn't left any messages on my answering machine, I had no idea that they were trying to collect a debt regarding the Post Gazette newspaper until I received their letter.Last year as we lost our Pittsburgh Sunday newspaper, and like my neighbors, I had signed up with my carrier to get the Post Gazette newspaper. Never received it nor a bill (I pay with check, never online) and after contacting them several times, the Post informed me that my address didn't exist in their delivery route system. In fact, they had somehow changed my address to one that exists in another town (street name starting with the same letter but not even close otherwise). Apparently they have been delivering their paper for months under my account - although I had never received a bill (since the bill too was going to that other address - apparently the residents of that house were perfectly happy with free newspaper delivery and never contacted them about the error.)In response to Tel-Start's letter, I have now contacted the Post Gazette directly and after looking at my account and likely the notes from past telephone calls, they have cleared the debt, closed my account, will stop delivering to that wrong house, and will put me on Tel-Start's "Never call" list.Tel-Start really should have left a message that I needed to contact them about this so I would know they weren't simply a telemarketer (I get 6 to 9/day). My credit is precious to me -1 was so appalled that this was going on without my knowing about it. A big, big thanks to Revdex.com for allowing all of us to clear this up and for Tel-Start for responding to my original complaint.
Regards,
[redacted]

Review: Telstart ignores the do-not-call list and does not per Pennsylvania law honor do-not-call requests.I do not have a prior business relationship with either Telstart or the business they are telemarketing for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. I began to receive an _unsolicited_ copy of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette on vacation. I called to have this discontinued--I did not want the paper they gave me, I did not request the paper they were dropping in my driveway. At _no_ time did I initiate or request a "Business relationship" with either the P-G or Telstart.Several days later, I began to receiving telemarketing calls from Telstart on my home phone, a number which has been properly registered on the Pennsylvania and Federal do-not-call lists for years. on 21-July during one of these unsolicited calls, the Telstart telemarketer was asked to put my number on their do-not-call list. On 25-August, despite the number being on the do-not-call list, they called again after having been previously told on 21-July to place the number on their do-not-call list. During this call, the telemarketer was again told to put the number on _all_ telstart's do-not-call lists as well as the P-G's do-not-call list.On 5-September, Telstart again called my home phone trying to sell the Post-Gazette At this time, the representative was again told to place the number on their do-not-call list.Desired Settlement: 1. Telstart to actually honor state law.2. Telstart to cease contacting my home phone number which appears on the do-not-call list and they've been repeatedly instructed to cease calling.3. The Revdex.com to warn other consumers about a firm clearly in violation of state and federal statute.

Review: Your company continues to call me after I informed 3 reps to put me on the DNC list. This is a violation. I called today AGAIN (8/18) and talked to an answering service and was told I would be put on the DNC list. I continue to get calls.

I can send you my call log and recorded calls (I record my cell phone calls from telemarketers). I bought a paper before PostGazette in which you contract from, but I asked many times to be removed.

I will be filing court paperwork shortly. Remove me immediately from all calls and cease.Desired Settlement: Immediately stop calling me.

Review: We have been receiving 2 to 3 unwanted and unsolicited phone calls almost daily for the past two months. Review: I have received phone calls from this company for months now, I have already told them I am not interested in ordering the paper but they continue to call at all hours no less. I am on a no call list so I don't know why theystill call me. Please help me remove my phone number from their base. And by the way in the past when I have answered no on is on the line. Review: Telstart company has been calling home up to 5 times a day since prior to March 1, 2014. I told them on or about march 28 then again on or about April 11 when they had called from numbers ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### respectively that the $49.00 had been paid to [redacted]. They will not stop calling.Other party to this filing is The [redacted] Just today, I asked the representative in customer service to inform Telstart to cease from calling my residence. The representative informed me that they would not do so and that it would take 30 days for my name to be taken off of the call list.Desired Settlement: I would like for the Revdex.com to contact The [redacted] on my behalf as well as contact Telstar on my behalf to have them stop harassing me. The [redacted] rep would not give me direct access to the Supervisor of Customer Service. His name is [redacted] (no last name would be provided); phone number is ###-###-####.Telstart's number is ###-###-####. The other number is ###-###-####. I will file a separate claim against The [redacted].

Review: [redacted]Telestart has called me multiple times on behalf of [redacted], claiming that I am a former subscriber, which I am not. I have informed them that they are incorrect about that statement each time I have spoken to them.

I have asked each time to be removed from the call database.

I never subscribed to the [redacted], but was signed up against my will for a free subscription, which I have requested multiple times to be removed from.

I do not have an existing business relationship with either Telestart or [redacted], as I did not sign up for the free subscription, but was, again, added against my will.Desired Settlement: I would like to stop receiving calls from Telestart. I do not have an existing business relationship with them or The [redacted].

Review: I have been receiving phone calls from this company for at least six months about an error on my Pittsburgh Post-Gazette prior subscription. I have told them to quit calling me and I do not want a free subscription for the error. They keep calling. I have blocked their number and they are calling me at least six times a day. I call the number back and I never get anyone to take my call. The message states to press "0" for the next operator. When this is done, after being on hold more than 15 minutes, I hang up. I have called the number three different times and get the same recording. If this is the company the Pittsburgh Post Gazette is using for subscription solicitations, I will never subscribe to their paper in any formDesired Settlement: To have the company quit calling and take me off of there list. I want the Pittsburgh Post Gazette notified that I am a dissatisfied customer and I will never use their publications again and will tell everyone I know to discontinue their subscriptions with them.

Review: I have received numerous phone calls from this company for months regarding a Pittsburgh Post Gazette newspaper subscription. I cancelled my subscription with the Post-Gazette due to poor delivery service, yet I keep receiving the phone calls. I have notified the Circulation Department of the Post-Gazette in Clinton, PA. regarding the calls, I'm told they will stop yet they continue. I have told Telestart that I no longer have a subscription but they continue calling my home. Note, the actual corporate name for this business is TEL/START Corp. The principal's of this business are Jeffrey W[redacted], Treasurer and Shawn ** H[redacted], President. My home phone number was provided by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette to Telestart Corp without my knowledge or consent. The phone calls actually started while I was still a newspaper subscriber. I have never been or customer of Telestart Corp.Desired Settlement: I do not want to be contacted by this business again, I want my home phone number removed from their data base permanently. This business has even gone so far as to have my newspaper subscription reactivated without my consent or authorization. it's unfortunate the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has chosen to align themselves with such a business as this. For the record, I no longer read the Post-Gazette.

Review: I have been receiving unwanted telephone calls from this company with a minimum of three to four calls a day for at least a month to five weeks. Starting shortly after 8:00 AM off and on throughout the day until after 8:PM. This is irritating and invasion of my privacy.Desired Settlement: Cease unsolicited telephone calls to my home immediately

Review: We have been receiving 2 to 3 unwanted and unsolicited phone calls almost daily for the past two months. We do not know who they are and have never done business with them, and we do not want to be solicited or contacted by them for any reason. We are currently on the DO NOT CALL LIST. It is rather annoying to be contacted by a company we have never dealt with. No message on answering machine.Desired Settlement: Just stop calling.
