This client sites worked and were approved by the client.We are not in control of trafficI offered to help the client but we need to be paid our monthly recurring.Clients who do not pay the monthly recurring have their sites turned off just like the cell phone and electric companies.I offered to sell the sites for the client but there were no interested buyers due to the site having little trafficThese sites require time and effort in marketingWe are here days a week to help our clientsThis client got frustrated and refused to pay for his hostingWe simple can not service clients who refuse to pay the monthly recurring on their sitesWe wish to serve the clients to the best of our ability and have managed to do that since but this is a businessAccounts must be kept currant.If this client wishes to pay his outstanding balance we will continue to service him

We showed the client samples of the work we do and explained the entire program to him several times on the phone.We explained that the package includes a direct payment from the casino in the UK and not from us.We explained that we build a custom site which connects to the live casino in the UK and that we teach exactly how to market the siteThe client paid his deposit and ordered a site and agreed to our terms of service which state clearly no refunds.The site was built and the client approved it and paid his balance.I tried several times to get the client on the phone to review after he approved and paid his balance and he kept telling me he was busyI called for weeks and he kept telling me he was too busy to talkNow he complains to the Revdex.com.There are no refundsThe program we run is unique in that we do not share in the profits of the clientWe are paid for our package and a small monthly recurring fee of 100.00.Thats the total extent of our profitAll the revenue the client earns he keeps and never shares with us.Thats the program we have been running for yearsMy staff and I are more then willing to service the client and help him market his site

The client is absolutely correct about the delay in marketingThe people who do our marketing did not do his job in the timely manner they normally doThe primary reason was that the client did not pay for the marketing in advance as they requireHe paid for it over monthsWhen I discovered the delay I had them do extra work and sent the client the reports offering proof that the work was done.The client still insisted his account be closed and we compliedWhether the site is online or offline is irrelevant as the client demanded his account be closed.Our service agreement that the client agreed to explains clearly there are no refunds at anytimeI offered to give him months of free hosting as a sign of good faith and he declined.I can extend that offer to months of free hosting

I am not going to be drawn into a he said he said debate with JayI clearly told you what happened, what was agreed on, and the dates and amounts I paid himAs soon as I made the final payment he shut my sites down and stole them backI did in fact send him a registered letter with the laws he broke when dealing with me and no doubt many others that are afraid to speak up or afraid of his threatsI the receipt where it was signed for and the contents right here on my deskHe can say he did not receive it but someone at his address signed for it, if you would like to see it. I asked him just what it is he thinks I owe him and again no responseHe would rather continue this back and forthHe may respond to you in a timely manner and so have ITo repeat his accusation of me lying to him when in fact I paid him in full months ago and he took my sitesProof of that is I do not have the site files and either does anyone else I have talked to*** spells everything out about Jay and his companyLike I said I am not going to busy myself with this back and forthRevdex.com do what you are supposed to do and what you claim to do and expose this nonsense.

What else (help) can the business owner do? Lets start by defining the true definition of a contract. Explain what I signed as a contract which was never done this what I object to. All I got was sign this. What was I signing? This was not conveyed as a classic contract. As I mentioned in past conversations when buy a home or buy a car you are told about terms and conditions and you can either accept the terms or reject them

I had submitted a compliant and the number is *** which was never resolvedI am not interested in talking with the owner because it is a lost causeHe never even mentioned a refund through email which his company Teleteria prides itself onAt least that is what they use to claimI bought two online casino websites with the goal of increasing my income but my bank did a search of the owner and Teleteria and found numerous fraud complaints against the companyThe owner complained that he wanted to be paid quickly for his work without delayAgainst my better judgement I did itI paidfor both websites and which included hosting and automated billing services for casino clientsAnother was sent for advertisingHis work took about a week total and industry experts claim for a good site it should take days to complete good workThe owner said he could not believe that I went to the Revdex.com of NY even he claims that he has a A plus ratingHe then called me irrational and wanted to settle my dispute over the phone which I refused to do because he is not interested in settling this properly which is a full refundIf these sites are so great then he should take over the sites and make huge profits as he claimsI request a full refund and and to take stronger steps through your organization if he does not comply*** *** ***I request a full refund of 17,of my money I gave to TeleteriaI have the wire transfer to Teleteria and other consumer complaints about Teleteria if you need them in the future

My complaint ID is: [redacted] and below is my response to the business Also, I have attached all emails but they are very large and I think it will take some time to show in your email.  The attachments show proof that this business did not do what they said and mishandled my account severely. I have a lot of files and I will send about 4 more emails with all the proof.  I have compressed the files to give some sort of organization to this claim.    Please upload my response and the site to:The marketing that was done was only done last minute when I constantly harassed Teleteria to provide me marketing data.  The data they sent is not even close to SEO and has no dates to prove that what they did was accomplished when they promised it was completed.  Also, to say that they gave me months to pay is a straight lie.  First, they did not accept credit cards as Teleteria said that this would be resolved in a couple weeks do to their ecommerce issues.  Second, trying to wire money using Western Union and Moneygram was beyond a major problem.  It took forever to try and figure out how to get Teleteria the wire because of restrictions that these companies have.  I told Teleteria I could just charge my credit card using their ecommerce, but they did not ever resolve this issue so I could pay using my credit card and their ecommerce.  After wiring any an all amounts, I could not get a correct statement to reflect what I paid and the dates I paid them.  Even the owner could not provide me with any account information and asked me to track all of the payments (I will provide proof).  Throughout this time he constantly said that my marketing was being done since he paid the marketing team (in November 2015) and this was a straight lie.  He then said months later that my marketing wasn't done and it was because I owed him money after he finally went through his books.  Two times he told me that my account was paid in full and months later he sent me emails saying that I owed him money.  The back and forth and mishandling of my website and marketing is unacceptable and I should not be help accountable but rather the business for the negligence and lack of service that they provided.  This is literally the worst business experience that I have ever been through and this must be rectified to resolve these issue.  I waited months for any revenue and did not even made one penny.  I also waited months to get a correct statement and have the owner take ownership by helping me resolve and problems I had, but this did not happen.  To this day my site is still up and I have asked Teleteria to shut my site down over 20 times.  I have all the proof to back my dispute and I will submit whatever is needed.  Please see attachments

Jay is the one that talked to me about this business in order to get me to join, calling & texting me for days to get my deposit, therefore that should of been brought up from the beginning not at this point in time, Nor did Sara mention anything about office support services when she walked me thru the website. I talked with both Jay and Sara via phone, text and emails and NEVER was that mentioned from either of them. Again, I want my full refund or it goes to court and to the media!! You are not keeping my hard earned money and I will be contacting others you scammed to join the court case. In which I have been in touch with a few already. Getting more to join shouldn't be hard to do. I should of googled your name/company and I would have read the truth and NEVER gave you a penny! Keep your host fees because if this goes to court, you will be giving me back more than $5500. Again, I wont quit till justice is served against you!!
