people for over ten years. They have never failed to do an exemplary job but no one is perfect and they obviously made a mistake with this client. I also offered free monthly hosting to accommodate the client.

As the owner of the company its my responsibility to satisfy all clients.As I have mentioned we manage thousands of sites. Your advertising was done and additional was ordered by me at no extea charge to you upon learning of your dissatisfaction. Aadvertising done by us like any other company on earth offers no guarantees.  If you stay the course traffic build to a desired level. client has an issue all they need to do is contact our customer service dept. Just like any other company. However all my clients including this one has my private cell number and are told to comtact me of they need me. I checked phone records on this client before I replied to this anifd have received zero calls for months from this client. If you would like to talk to our service dept please call or email. sell the sites for the client but there were no interested buyers due to the site having little traffic. These sites require time and effort in marketing. We are here 7 days a week to help our clients. This client got frustrated and refused to pay for his hosting. We simple can not service clients who refuse to pay the monthly recurring on their sites. We wish to serve the clients to the best of our ability and have managed to do that since 1994 but this is a business. Accounts must be kept currant.If this client wishes to pay his outstanding balance we will continue to service him.

We are in business to sell sites.I always recommend mt clients buy more sites. Companies recommend people buy their products. Is there anything else I can do to help here?

I paid several thousands of dollars for the marketing to obtain traffic, which the business states only takes 60-90 days to return a profit. I have been dealing with this for 9 months with no updates, or resolution, just run around. My total investment is $17,000, to which the paid services were not provided.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I just want the money back that I spent on marketing that was not handled correctly.  You have said that it wasn't handled correctly and I'm paying for it.  So, to resolve this I am asking for a marketing refund since what I agreed to was not done by Teleteria. Not a site refund because you did your job with building my site, but a marketing refund. You cost me $4000 plus any lost revenue from missing any clients/customers throughout the playoffs both football and basketball because the mishandling of the marketing from the months of delay after purchasing the package.  That is all I ask, nothing more nothing less. This will resolve all of the problems that I experienced from dealing with Teleteria.

Date: 11-**-15 Let me begin by saying we never received the original complaint or we would have replied faster. Upon learning this am that there was an...

unanswered complaint I checked my in and spam folder and found nothing from the Revdex.com. Was it sent regular mail and if so to what address? We agreed to build 2 sites for [redacted] for 9000.00. He did not have all the money so we agreed to a pay plan over 6 months. The deposit was given and the sites were built. This client and all clients receive receipt as a matter of course. ALL sites need a billing system to do credit card transactions and ALL clients are told about the 300.00 one time set up and the 100.00 monthly recurring. We DO NOT supply statements as we are NOT the billing company. He has accounts set up with [redacted] and Intertops.com for billing for both of his sites. After 2 months of payment he no longer made payments. I then got an email from his email address stating that Bill was in a car accident and he was in a coma and it was his brother who was emailing me. I inquired as the hospital he was in and no answer. I asked the brother if I could talk to him on the phone and no answer. I had no way of knowing if this was Bill or his brother. I waited an additional 2 months with no payment and then closed the account for non payment. To my knowledge this client spent zero time marketing his sites. He did spend time trying to play on the casino site then lost and then demanded the casino pay him a percentage which is against their rules so they canceled his billing account. We then had to go in and set it up all over again and were never paid for it. If the client wishes to pay the past due balance we are happy to put the sites bank up and help him to market it. I never threaten this customer in anyway and have no idea what a kung fu rant is. Further most of my communication with him has been through text as he rarely replies to email and never talks to me on the phone after our initial agreement. This clients account was closed due to on payment. We provided the sites he ordered and failed to pay for. There are no refunds and he still owes us thousands of dollars which we will never get.  For over two months, the site did not work which you will see Jay S[redacted] acknowledged by saying the platform did not work.  He stated in email which is documented that he was going to change the platform.   He never changed the platform.  For over two months nothing was fixed and it was not until he wanted hosting fees did he reach out and try to work this out.    He took my money and did not deliver what was paid for.  The money was taken over State lines and the site was not delivered.  This is a Federal offense and is fraudulent.  My money should be sent back in total as what I purchased was never delivered in a reasonable amount of time.Below is the message that someone tries to register still receives:“Unfortunately you are accessing the site from a country we are unable to accept bets from. Thank you for your interest but we will not be able to proceed with your registration.” I was told by his employee in email that the site should be able accept anyone from all over the world.  This is all documented. Jay has been dishonest throughout this process and has not delivered or fixed what I provided him for over 2 months. This is not acceptable and a company should be held accountable to deliver what they sell after they take the money.

Clients get support from our staff. Thsts why we have a toll free number set up. The President of a company does not do service. It does not work like that. If a cluent has an issue they need to call our office and talk to my staff. I have run the company like that since 1994. Our business model us for all clients to profit and grow their account by adding new sites.We do not offer refunds for any reason as is stated clearly in our terms of service which this client agreed to when she ordered the site.I can offer 6 months of free hostibg and all the support she requires

I do not have any clients at the moment who are interested in buying a site that does not havea revenue stream.Sometimes we have clients that are looking for sites already built and this is not one of those times.I do not control Facebook. They are removing your page. It happens sometimes.The bottom line here is the exact same story we have had since 1994 when I started the company.Your site needs more traffic to achieve the desired results. Landing page can be designed for free of charge, my special landing page costs me 6300 dollars( 300 dollars was installation fees).  4) As per agreement I'm getting 35% from the profit of registered clients, but there is a small detail which is not mentioned in the agreement and never been mentioned over the phone conversations or emails ( from no one of contacted me personnel) that I will be able to get my commission only if the client get registered immediately after he/she was redirected to company’s website (which shows no connection with my landing page).  This landing page more likely looks as a scam page, but nothing like franchise official representative page which cost 6300 dollars.   So, do you believe, if I was clearly informed about all this, would I ever get into it?  I wish not to cooperate with this company any longer as its showed me clear that it cant be trusted.   Due to the fact that I have been mis-leaded by their promotion campaign as well as not provided with specific and accurate information from the beginning I insist to have full refund.

When I original joined he never spoke about getting any support from his office and after the first three months of me not making any money and he couldn't understand why not??? Again he never said anything about calling his office! Plus he never had anyone start listing my online casino link to the 1000 sites but was going to have it done AGAIN and get back to me, in which that didn't happen AGAIN! It wasn't till I contacted him wanting a REFUND for this online scam, he then said to call the office for support (a little too late). He has done nothing except lie to me and steal my money from me. I want a FULL REFUND or this issue will go to court and to the media (consumer protection papers, tv, ect..). I am sure there are enough people willing to join a court case against this man/company to see justice served! I will not allow HIM to keep my only savings of $5500 that I worked two jobs to earn. I will not stop until I have a full refund!

that we teach exactly how to market the site. The client paid his deposit and ordered a site and agreed to our terms of service which state clearly no refunds.The site was built and the client approved it and paid his balance.I tried several times to get the client on the phone to review after he approved and paid his balance and he kept telling me he was busy. I called for 3 weeks and he kept telling me he was too busy to talk. Now he complains to the Revdex.com.There are no refunds. The program we run is unique in that we do not share in the profits of the client. We are paid for our package and a small monthly recurring fee of 100.00.Thats the total extent of our profit. All the revenue the client earns he keeps and never shares with us.Thats the program we have been running for 22 years. My staff and I are more then willing to service the client and help him market his site.

We never received anything in writing from this client. We never received nor did anyone in my employ sign for it.I have forwarded the emails regarding this case. This
client had agreed to pay over time and stopped making payments. If he
wishes to continue to do business all he has to do is make the final
payment to zero out his balance and we will work with him to market his
sites to profitability.I have a long term relationship with the
Revdex.com and always reply in a timely manner. For whatever reason the
original email never made it to my inbox. No one is perfect. Its the
first time in my memory that I failed to reply in a fast and timely
manner.I worked with this client again and again experiencing his stories about non payment including a 3 month story of him being in a coma from a car accident. The bottom line here is this client failed to pay
his bill. I was stalled and lied to repeatedly. If he pays his bill we
can work together. I am even willing to cut some of his outstanding balance down as a sign of good faith.
