We sincerely apologize that Mr*** was contacted again by the collections teamWe're looking into this now, but from what we understand the collection agency has been notified that this situation has been resolved and Mr*** should not be receiving additional calls or correspondence

Thank you for your responseI do not see evidence that our firm confirmed receipt on the email dated April 13, I will search the email records again, confirm that it was received and return the hardware unitsPlease note we will need an adequate amount of time to remove the units as these are trucks that are utilized out in the field everyday and cannot be downed all at one time so it will take us some time to get the units off the work trucksOnce we get them and send them back, I would like confirmation that you all received them and the credit is processed

Telogis states that they have proposed a resolution !!no such proposal has ever been received. They are very deceptive and misleading. All ties have been severed

Pursuant to Mr. [redacted]'s request for additional information/clarity, there was some confusion about the number of units that were returned, but after looking into it, we've determined we have all the necessary units and that the resolution is now in its final stages. Telogis contacted the customer to address concerns. We explained the renewal that we proposed was a all in solution with no up front hardware fees or installation charges. We have  proactively reached out to customer over the past 2 years to make sure their service was working as expected. We...

We returned the units before the date that they required. I have confirmed receipt from UPS. Telogis hailed failed to acknowledge receipt and void their invoice
