On 4.13.16 instructions were resent to ensure that next steps were agreed upon, and Mr. [redacted] acknowledged receipt. Very
wrong... Telogis has NOT contacted the customer until the last 2 months, after
this complaint was filed,  when they
finally acknowledged we were very unsatisfied and possibly looking at other
service providers.  Then we have been
called by at least 6 different representatives all claiming they were
managers!!  The only response was after
they learned of possible termination of service, and that response was
definitely more REACTIVE than proactive!..    
As a matter of fact, over the last several years, we have contacted
Telogis numerous times and asked for assistance on different matters from billing,
non-reporting units, website issues, and the only response was either an
automated "a representative will contact you shortly" or no response
at all.  They couldn't even get billing
issues corrected!... 
Telogis
obviously has had other complaints the same as ours (see Revdex.com complaint dated
07-24-14) that have been resolved by simply parting ways with zero (0) funds
due and a full release from any alleged contractual obligation.  Our account was paid through October 31,
2014 and we requested termination effective November 1, 2014 and it is best
just left at that, with no funds due in either direction.
