I am rejecting this response because the business response was not trueI was called by their customer loyalty representativeShe stated that she spoke with the GM and he said a full refund was no problem and that she would be there until pmI left work early to arrive and be told by the GSM it was not going to happenHe offered a very small portion of the refundI declined and told him I will be talking to my legal sectionHe then increased the amount of a partial refund to a little over halfI took what I could get and left

I am rejecting this response because:I wasnt miss informed. I was lied too. This is not the way to do business. I was told the car was available. I was told I might want to hurry because they didn't know how long it would be there. I show up 20 minutes later and the car is no where to be found. Then I was told the car was sold the day before. There is no excuse
