I'm sorry my attempt to resolve your issue fell short of your expectations. As previously stated I would like all info regarding your vehicle so I can accurately appraise your vehicle. I cant beat CarMax appraised value unless we have all the info at hand. I will stand by our advertisement as long as we have accurate info pertaining to your vehicle . I'm also sorry you felt as if you were dealing with a teenager that's very disappointing to here! I wish you well on your endeavors.
