I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have had a number of conversations with the owner of Tempe transmission Factory. He has stated he was unaware of the treatment I was receiving and was looking in to the situation. I last spoke with the owner [redacted] on March 3, 2014. He stated if I would supply the receipts for the rental cars he would reimburse the funds. The receipt copies were provided on March 4, 2014. I have called both the shop and the personal phone number belonging to [redacted] every day since. The shop personnel claim [redacted] has made not effort at providing the reimbursement. None of my calls to the owner have been returned and no reimbursement has been made.
[redacted] stated the car was being sent to an alternate shop for work. That shop has had my car for over a week and made no attempt to contact me regarding any findings. I have not authorized any repairs by this alternate shop and have no intention of paying for any work that may have been done without my consent.
Once again, I reiterate, my car was functioning fine before it was dropped off at Tempe Transmission Factory. I took it to them because my regular mechanic said the small squeak I was hearing was p[redacted]ably a transmission bearing. If there are any electrical problems (as I am now being told may exist) they were caused by Tempe Transmission Factory.

They have had the vehicle for 7 months and I do not think they are qualified to fix it. I have contacted them since and asked for my money back as the truck is still out of commision. I WILL FILE THROUGH THE JUSTICE SYSTEM TO GET MY MONEY WHAT IS OWED TO ME. THIS COMPANY'S SHEME IS UNETHICAL PRACTICE FOR OUR COMMUNITY. They will not produce proof of delivery, their response is "MR.[redacted] SIGNED THE WARRANTY HE SIGNED HIS CREDIT CARD". Thinking I was getting product same day. I had to sign their paper work to get product then they say it will be ready on another date12/20/13. Went to pick up 12/20/13 not ready. Then they said they would deliver to my residence by the end of day12/20/13 THEY NEVER DELIVERED OR CALLED. I called every business day during their hours of operation from 12/23/13-01/09/14 their response is it is out for delivery. 01/09/14 I filed dispute with [redacted]. Then when I dispute credit card, Tempe Transmission responds by telling [redacted] I have the product and to use warranty. I HAVE NO PRODUCT I HAVE NO PRODUCT, NO PRODUCT TO WARRENTEE.TEMPE TRANSMISSION IS A COPY CAT OF Tempe Transplant Transmissions, also known as Transplant Plus, please see [redacted] ON THAT CASE.   TEMPE TRANSMISSION OPERATION HAS SAME SHEME AND MOTIVE of their practice. EVEN SAME WARRENTY AND INVOICE JUST A DIFFERANT NAME.

If Mr [redacted] is having issues with the Remanufactured Transmission provided to him we woulf be more then willing to repair as necessary under the guidelines of his warranty. Thanks,  [redacted] Tempe Transmission Factory

Tempe Transmission Factory is well aware my truck is not a half ton truck and the transmission was the original factory [redacted]  transmission that they specifically market towards. After all the lies and bad workmanship I do not feel comfortable bringing my truck back to Tempe Transmission Factory for the fourth time. I would appreciate just having my money refunded so I can take it to a reputable shop and get it fixed properly considering this is my work truck and everyday without it affects my ability to provide for my family.

The  business has closed  permanently  on June 30,2014. We have been referring all warranty customers to [redacted] at ###-###-#### at [redacted].

In response to [redacted], I am personally working with Ms [redacted] and have been in telephone contact with her to resolve this matter. At this point we believe Ms [redacted]'s vehicle has...

problems pertaining to other systems in her vehicle. We will be delivering Ms [redacted]'s vehicle to another shop for further diagnosis. Let me know if I can be of any more assistance.Thanks for your help in this matter,[redacted]

Tempe Transmission Factory has contacted Mr [redacted] and informed him that the parts that failed in his transmission were not covered under the warranty. Mr [redacted] has paid for the additional parts as of today the parts have arrived and the transmission iss being repaired. Mr [redacted] has been...

In Response to complaint #[redacted].   Vehicle has been delivered back to Mr [redacted] at this point. If I can be of anymore assistance please let me know.[redacted] Tempe Transmission Factory

I have personally been in contact with Mr [redacted]. After researching the situation Mr [redacted] informed me that he had installed a ** One ton Remanufactured Transmission provided by us into his half ton truck. The Transmission Mr [redacted] purchased from us will not work in this application and will fail...

as his has done. Our Warranty does not cover this situation. We would be willing to provide Mr [redacted] with another Remanufactured Transmission at our Cost. Please let me know if I can be of anymore assistance. Thanks for your help in this matter. [redacted]

Ms [redacted] had her truck into our facility for repair as stated. Last time vehicle was in our facility transmission case/housing was actually broken due to a bend shaft in her transfer case. We repaired for her no charge. Ms [redacted] has made no attempt to contact us concerning issues with transmission...

since that time. If she is in fact having issues with previous repairs made by us we'd be more then willing to repair according under the guidelines of our warranty. Thanks for your help in this matter.[redacted]Tempe Transmission Factory

Ms [redacted] asked us to take her vehicle to another shop for additional diagnosis. It appears at this time that vehicle actually has an engine concern not a transmission concern. We would be willing to pay $900.00 total towards her rental car expense. Please let us know if she will accept this offer.

have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am not willing to accept what Tempe Transmission Factory has offered because the person they  have been "referring all warranty customers to [redacted] at ###-###-#### at [redacted] Transmission" is not a business. He is a recently UNEMPLOYED, FORMER Employee of Tempe Transmission Factory looking for work. He does not have a business license, shop, office, insurance, etc., and works from home. I have already contacted [redacted], and he confirmed that he is not doing ANY warranty work for or from Tempe Transmission Factory. He informed me that he will charge to complete work since he just recently was let go from Tempe Transmission factory and is currently looking for employment. This is NOT an option to be charged twice for what should have been repaired correctly the first time. I can not afford to spend another $1200 to have my transmission repaired.

As of Wed. 02/19/14 at 10:00pm I still do not have my vehicle and Tempe Transmission Factory has had it in their shop for 4 weeks and 3 days (since Monday Jan 20, 2014.) here is details of all that has happen from the filling of my complaint with [redacted].

Tue. 02/11/14 at2:00pm; I called [redacted] and asked the status of my vehicle and he said "we are going to work on it next." I asked when it would be done and he said "maybe tomorrow like you said in your complaint to the [redacted]."

Wed. 02/12/14: no word from Tempe Transmission Factory (TTF).

Thur. 02/13/14 at 9:00 [redacted] called me and said my transmission needed a part that is not part of the warranty and it cost $379. And he needs my credit card information to get the part (I gave him the card info.). He stated he would take care of the labor and that the part should be there by 10am tomorrow and when I asked, he said it should be done by Friday.

Fri. 02/14/14: no word from TTF.

Mon. 02/17/14 I called [redacted] and asked on status, he said "one gear did not come in and he expects it this morning and then it would take two and one half hours to get the transmission put back together." I asked when it would be done and he said "should be later today or tomorrow." I called [redacted] back this date at 4:10pm and he said " the part just got here ten minutes ago." I asked when the vehicle would be ready and he said "should be sometime tomorrow."

Tue. 02/18/14; I called [redacted] at 3:50pm and asked for the status of the vehicle, he said "the transmission is done and now needs to be installed." Again I asked when it will be done and he said "should be tomorrow."

Wed. 02/19/14; I called [redacted] at 4:10pm and asked the status of my vehicle and he said "let me see--------they must have it out for a drive as I don't see it in the shop, I will call you back as soon as they get back." I got no call back from [redacted] or TTF as of this writing.

for the past 4 weeks and 3 days I have made all the calls and contacts (withe exception of one when [redacted] asked for my CC information). I have asked all the questions and [redacted] never offers any information unless I ask, none. He continues to delay the work costing me money, time and inconvenience being with out my transportation for a month now. And I am still without. [redacted] continues to make excuses and not do as he says he will. This job continues to take many many more days then what is Industry standard.
