Knowledgeable and helpful

James F[redacted] assessed the work needed to fix my falling-apart carport. He provided good suggestions and specific details, and he promptly followed up with e-mails and phone calls concerning the work. Donnie and Andrew were professional, efficient, and pleasant as they went about their work. They cleaned up the site and hauled away the old carport junk. These three young men were honest and hard-working. I would recommend their work to anyone.

I recently contacted Tennessee Contracting Services about getting an estimate for new gutters for our entire house. I received a quick response and the owner, James Fineman, actually came and did the estimate. He was very courteous and straightforward.
The quote was sent to us quickly and it was very fair! After coming to an agreement on everything we wanted done. The office staff of TCS called and set up a time to get started. We had to push the gutters back several times due to having construction or having people over. They were always friendly and pleasant when I changed the schedule.
TCS ended up replacing our gutters while we were on vacation, so it was nice coming home to new gutters and they look great!!
TCS kept me informed every step of the way and I appreciate their friendly "can do" attitude. I highly recommend Tennessee Contracting Services.
