TCS is awesome! They put a new roof on my house a couple years ago and I just had them install new gutters, could not be happier. Impeccable customer service, highly recommend to anyone.

TCS just did a roof and gutter replacement and repaired our siding after some recent storm damage. They did great work with a price that was lower than several other quotes we received. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again in a heartbeat. They were professional, prompt and courteous.

They did a great job. Very professional. They moved all the stuff in the back yard for me and then put it back and cleaned up all the nails and trash. I would highly recommend them.

TCS gave our house some much needed TLC with a new Roof! We had terrible damage during the May hail storm and I contacted several local roofing contractors. TCS was the only one that from the start just felt right. James took care of us every step of the way. He was honest, nice and a great guy to work with. He came back to meet with the insurance adjuster and got everything worked out for us. A few days later his crew was at our house on time and spent the day putting on our new amazing roof. They didn't leave a nail or any trash behind at all, and trust me with 2 dogs that go out in the yard I got out there when they left to check to make sure there was nothing for them to get a hold of. The roof looks incredible, exactly what we wanted. The price was excellent. It was an overall outstanding experience and now we are looking to hire them for other work that they also do!

From the owner of the company, sales staff, office workers to the installers of my metal roof, everyone was kind and respectful. My questions were answered promptly. I was told the materials would be delivered one day and that the next day the work would be done. That is exactly what happened. They worked all day and I never once saw anyone not working. The finished metal roof looks great. I have already had two neighbors comment on how pretty the roof looks. TCS installed gutters for me last year and that was an excellent job as well.

This company replaced my roof & did a wonderful job......they worked from daylight to dark to complete the job done in one day......you will not be dis-appointed with this company !!

James and Barbara at Tennessee Contracting services provided excellent service on a recent roofing issue we in our relatively new house. They were the first on the scene and quickly provided us with a very detailed inspection and review of the situation. James went to great lengths to investigate the leak from outside the house and inside the attic. He provided us with a comprehensive solution and walked us through the details so we understood the issue and the proper repair. Follow up and communication were excellent.

My roof had developed a leak around the chimney. Tennessee Contracting Services (TCS) came highly recommended so I contacted TCS. Donnie came to my house, diagnosed the problem, quickly provided a bid, and the job was completed within a week. It has rained several times since the work was performed and there is no evidence of a leak.

I am so happy with the services I received through TCS. The contractor and his office assistant were so professional throughout the process! I was so impressed with how promptly they got back to me about taking a look at the corner gutter that I needed repaired. They provided us with a quote that was more affordable than any of the other contractors offered, and their service could not have been better! The primary contractor James kept in touch with me via both phone call and text, and his office assistant was so sweet and left me voicemails to keep me posted on when the appointment time would be set up and any other information I needed along the way. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services to others, and I will certainly reach out to them again in the future for repairs! When a local business goes above and beyond to make a great impression on their clients, it deserves to be noticed!!!

I could not have asked for a better Company to fix my roof!! First they were the only one(out of 3) that actually climbed out on their belly to look at where I felt there was a problem. As the others stood back and pointed and said yeah yeah right there looks wet. TWO: They were consistent and prompt in all communication and that wasn't limited. They spoke to my husband on the phone, texted with me, and emailed us quotes exactly as when they said they would. THREE: most important of all. Superior work!!!! What should have been done years ago by the builder they found the mistake and repaired with quality products. I can climb up on my roof and I personally can verify everything they did. They left me no doubt in my mind that the work was done, the product was quality, and I now have no doubt that when it pours I am not going to have to worry and put out buckets or paper towels!!! FOURTH: They were not the cheesey companies that say pay me all now and then your stuck with crap work and they won't return your phone call. So I asked for extra cards as he left because I felt so good about the work they did that I would recommend to my family and friends with no hesitation.

The crew showed up as scheduled, worked diligently with a tremendous work ethic and were courteous and finished in quick order- the neighbors watched as they transformed a 28 year old covering into a stunning new roof. Before getting my roof and gutters replaced I made sure to get quite a few quotes from roofing/gutter companies for comparison purposes. Well TCS was one of those I got a quote from, and they were the most reasonably priced and came with the best ratings. Not only that, but James F[redacted] did an awesome job of responding to my numerous questions in a prompt and thorough manner. All of the work was done in a timely manner as well by his hard-working crew, and my new roof and gutters look great!
