we were planning our honeymoon, paid in full and today January 15, 2022, we are still waiting to be able to travel to Scotland and Ireland and be able to fully enjoy and visit all the places promised in the package purchased, we also bought insurance and wanted our money back but only received a voucher no refund at all.

Very helpful and responsive during planning of vacation to Scotland and Ireland but as soon as we paid the $12k up front, service got poor. Than Covid19 hit. No problem, we bought the “cancel for any reason” policy. Wrong, they wouldn’t cover us because we could travel, we just had to quarantine for the entire trip in one place. Their “cancel for any reason” insurance has proved to be a scam. We got a voucher for future travel with a lot of caveats. Refunds could be had with a 35% penalty.

Absolutely great team! Helped me plan a custom vacation to England/Wales in the off season. The app was essential.

Perfection from start to finish. We had to leave a day early to begin our vacation due to impending bad weather and everything was booked and confirmed within a few hours including an additional night stay at our planned hotel. We couldn't have designed this trip without these talented and expert planners. The hotel choices, tours, and the order in which we saw each city/town was brilliant.

Very knowledgable company, Gracie, Barbara, and Leah were wonderful in putting together our Trip to Wales, Scotland and Italy. I highly recommend Tenon!

We told them things we would like to see and they set up the hotels, tours, and transportation between cities with no worries! Tenon Tours is a fabulous travel company. We just returned from three weeks in Scotland and Ireland all arranged by Tenon. We simply told them what our dream trip would include, gave them our budget and they created a journey of a lifetime.

Tenon Tours helped us plan a wonderful family trip to Scotland with a driver and van. We ranged from age 5 to 75; not easy! Everything was perfectly planned and smoothly executed. Our van driver was accommodating and flexible; it was so nice to sit back and enjoy the trip, without worrying about logistics for a moment. Scotland was incredibly scenic and everyone was very friendly. All in all, a great trip. I would highly recommend Tenon Tours for this kind of trip.

My wife and just got back from a driving tour of Ireland. Had the best time. We did a driving tour of Scotland through Tenon a couple of years ago too. The folks are very helpful, friendly, and know the countries. They have a new App which is AWESOME! It was by far the most used app we used on our trip. My wife & I just returned from a wonderful vacation in Scotland that was planned for us by Tenon Tours. Their staff listened carefully to what we wanted for this trip and created a great itinerary for us. We were very happy with their service.

Good company to use to arrange a tour. Prompt and efficient. Properties that they arranged for us were nice, clean and comfortable. Their staff were all pleasant to deal with. The hired drivers were super. Great personalities, talkative, knowledgeable, interesting and informative. Declan H and Martin G, I would take them anytime.
We had an issue and had to use the Hot line and it worked as was designed---Problem solved.
The van was spacious and very comfortable. Every thing went smoothly.

Tenon was very helpful in planning a customized tour of Ireland and Scotland within my budget. Everyone I worked with was friendly and helpful. We even had an issue while on our trip, called their helpline at 3am their time and they helped get the issue fixed quickly!

Great customer service. We had a group of 15 people traveling. Each person had an opinion as to what they wanted to see. Courtney M and Stephanie M were amazing. They helped us tailor a tour based upon everyone's wishes. hey were extremely responsive to our needs and requests. They always replied promptly. Had great ideas and assisted us with any issues that arose. You should not travel to Ireland without their help!!
