I recently decided to give myself a 65th birthday present - a custom tour through parts of Scotland and Wales to see as many castles as I could fit in. The Tenon folks listened to what I wanted to do, and put together a great plan and package that enabled me to do that. They set up the train ride, the rental car, the hotels and helped with the "how do I get from one place to another". The Tenon App is a great aid for the trip (although more tutorials before you leave would be helpful). But when you are driving from one place to another, or looking for a nice place to stop and grab a bite, the app is a big help. At one point on my trip, I left my medicine at one of the hotels. The hotel contacted Tenon, and they found me, notified me and enabled me to get back to claim my medicine before I got too far away. Even when I had a question during the trip, they very quickly responded and helped answer the questions. I had a great trip!

Tenon Tours was very helpful with creating a customized tour package for my daughter and I. We had a lovely trip designed by Tenon Tours.

The Tenon representatives were easy to work with, listened to our questions and concerns, and came up with an awesome itinerary for Ireland and London. They thought of every little detail and made it easy for the trip to flow like clockwork. Also, they have an awesome Tenon app that is very useful while traveling - we even used it to book a restaurant for a party of eight within one hour's time! Tenon Tours gave a very fun vacation. They make it so easy, there were 3 of us traveling to Ireland and we chose a Hopper Tour. Did not want bus load of peoples! The drivers were awesome, like the vouchers and the Irish Rail, oh, the Hotels where great as well. They set everything up all we had to do is go and have fun!!! We Did!!!!

We booked a St Patrick's Week tour with Tenon, including both post and pre-trip options. As is typical with tours of any kind, issues can develop. We had a minor "burp" and contacted Tenon during the trip. One of their reps contacted us in Ireland and smoothed the process, Communication was excellent and our faith was restored in this company. We recommend them to others planning a trip if you want a company that does the planning and coordinating of trips, that otherwise could be mind-boggling. The hotels that we stayed at and the cities we visited were really nice. Transportation was provided and was in newer vehicles. Thank you Tenon!

Excellent service from beginning to end and all points between! Had a dream “bucket list / *** research” trip planned and Tenon Tours went above and beyond to make it happen “my way” and not their own. They gave good solid advise, instructions, answered all my detailed questions for a self guided drive tour of three country’s and just made it happen without a hitch!
I HIGHLY recommend them and urge you to research their services.
Also my daughter has an onion allergy and Tenon Tours made sure she was accommodated everywhere we were booked. That’s saying something!

Just came back from almost a month in Ireland and it was planned by Tenon Tours. It was a wonderful experience! We got to see and stay where we wanted...from castles to B&B's. Our planner was professional, knowledgeable and responsive to our questions before and during our trip.
